We stayed at the Bear Lodge, a beautiful, wonderful place. My wife and daughter were not born in the States, so this was all new to them. They loved the cabin, the woods, and the quiet. After a day of enjoying the park, sitting on the porch in the rockers and relaxing was fantastic. Hopefully we can make this a yearly vacation, we all want to stay longer next time.

We fell in love with this condo as soon as we walked in the door. The condo was clean, beautiful and so spacious. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. The owner was extremely helpful through the entire rental process and during our stay. We can't wait to go back next year!

It had always been a dream of mine to treat my family to a place like this. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it's hard to get time off for several working people. There were only 7 of us, so Bear Falls had PLENTY of room. We could all fit at the dining table and also on the comfy couches. The "kids" (aged 27 - 82) enjoyed the games. (The air hockey game was a bit run down, but it didn't stop us from playing.) The hot tub was a huge hit, but looking at the fire pit from there...we were too afraid of bears to venture out there! We didn't see any bears, but I'm not sure we wanted to! There wasn't really a waterfall, maybe more so in the spring, and you cannot enter the cave, but we took some pretty pictures. The home was very clean and had almost anything you needed to prepare meals. There were several different seating areas inside and out, so we did not feel like we were on top of each other. If I had to think of one downside, I would say it would be the linens. The towels were small and thin and the sheets needed to be deep pocket because they came off the corners every night, but that would surely not prevent me from going back or recommending Bear Falls Cabin to all my friends!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Bear Ridge. It was a great location, gated community but you're not right beside of 15 other cabins. After a long day of hiking, we enjoyed coming back to the secluded hot tub, and grilling steak for dinner. It was well maintained, and had everything we required for an awesome weekend!

This was our second year staying at Precious Memories. There were 6 adults and our grand daughter who was 7 months old. We throughly enjoyed the view and our grand daughter enjoyed being held outside and looking at the flowers and trees. The proximity of Precious Memories to the GSM park is great. Cade's Cove is not far away. Gatlinburg is not that far away but we wanted the relaxation, fresh air and easy access to the GSM park. There is an IGA store in Townsend and a few restaurants;however, about 4 minutes away in Wearss Valley is Elvira's Restaurant which has an excellent selection of very very good meals. We throughly enjoyed Precious Memories!!!

Our families had a very restful and exciting time at the cabin. We had plenty of room and things to entertain the children, both big and small. The location was excellent for travel to Pigeon Forge and Townsend. The quiet setting was what appealed to us, too. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Mark and Debbie are very accommodating and respond to situations in a timely manner. I would recommend these cabins to anyone, and we would rent Over the Rainbow again.

We had a wonderful time at Pheonix west II. Everything was perfect clean and very well stocked with everything you need. The views are amazing! We will definitely be going back next year. Thank you for the great condo!

We had a wonderful couple of weeks staying at your cabin. The cabin was exactly as the pictures online. The outside scenery was beautiful. It was really nice to be able to sit by the fire at night or look at the stars while relaxing in the hot tub. I tell all my friends about your beautiful place and how we had such a wonderful time. We will visit again! Hopefully soon!

Bear Cave is a perfect quiet getaway. Our first afternoon a bear stopped by and ate apples in the front yard. We were pleased with the short drive times to Cade's Cove, Clingmans Dome and Cherokee NC. The hot tub was relaxing to end a long day in the mountains. Our stay couldn't have been any better!

We really enjoyed our stay at Over The Rainbow - we would give a 4.5 of 5 start rating. The house is very nice, clean, well-maintained and has beautiful views. After thunderstorms, you could see the valleys fill with clouds and it was clear how the Smoky Mountains got their name. All this, right from our balcony. Kids loved the movie room, and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare dinners for our large group. Mark and Debbie were helpful when we needed sheets for the extra bed. The Internet was slow, but we weren't there for the Internet. Another refrigerator, possibly downstairs, would have been helpful, and some cutting boards in the kitchen. Otherwise we had all we needed for our group to stay comfortably Our only disappointment was our inability to find the caves and waterfalls we understood were on the Over The Rainbow property. We asked about local walks, but never found those caves and waterfalls. It would be good to clarify that in your listing. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will always look back at our time spent at Over The Rainbow very fondly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the penthouse 3001 at Phoenix West II. The apartment was very spacious and our group of 6 kids and 6 adults felt like we had plenty of room. We even had friends staying in PWII that came up to visit and between the common area and the patio we still had plenty of room. The views are amazing! The pictures really dont do it justice. Being on the west side of the condo is also a plus. You dont have the sun coming up in your face in the morning, but you get the amazing sunset views each night. I've heard of complaints with the elevators in PWII but it wasnt an issue for us all week. There may have been a couple times we had to wait 5 minutes, but most of the time it was just a minute or two. The condo is well appointed. The furniture is beautiful and it had all the kitchen appliances we needed to cook all our meals. The only negative, and its a small one, is the WIFI didnt work as good as we are used to. The signal strength wasnt very strong, and when you were connected it was pretty slow. With lots of kids and their tablets, it was an annoyance at times. Other than that we loved everything about it, and hope to stay there again in the future.

I rented this cabin with my family of 17. The cabin had plenty of room, was clean, and was just as advertised. The mountain views from the decks are amazing and we never felt crowded while in the cabin. Definitely look forward to renting it again

This cabin was very clean and comfortable.,the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have had in a cabin rental. The hot tub was great after cycling and walking in Cades Cove which was only about a 25-30 minute drive to the parking area. The cabin was fully stocked with anything you could need. The owners/renters were very pleasant to work with and very responsive. Thanks for a great cabin.

Our family had a nice time while visiting the Smoky Mountains area. This cabin was a great place to call home during our stay. The owners were attentive to an issue with the hot tub. They had also given thought to what types of things a renter might need during their stay. We all had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Your house was delightful for 3 adults & 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own bedroom & those mattresses were very restful! The elevator came in very handy plus the kids thought it was special. We enjoyed all the decks & the views were interesting with the ICW nearby. We appreciated the garage & all the other amenities. All in all, this was a very pleasant Gulf Shores vacation & the house was perfect. The location was a nice change from the typical condo on the beach.

Walking in the door, it looks great and it smells great. The swing on the porch is a real plus! Comfy beds and comfy pillows. We slept well. Big picture windows make for great views of the woods. Four bedrooms and four baths - no waiting.

We have been coming to the Smoky National Park since I was a little girl. About five years ago we discovered Townsend. It is the perfect location for our many trips into nature. I have regretted having to pay such high amounts for a hotel room that may or may not be clean. So this year I begged my mom to let me just check for a cabin. I fell in love with yours within five minutes of searching. Our cabin was so clean and comfortable! We wanted to live their forever. Your cabin was so welcoming to us while we were here. The only issue we had was pertaining to the hot tub not turning on. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK...probably sooner than usual now that we have Black Bear Ridge!

Our cabin was secluded and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the front porch and our kids loved their first experience in a hot tub. The cabin was small but cozy with comfy furniture and a great king bed. Only drawback was their was only a partial wall on bedroom which isn't good when your trying to get a baby to go to sleep at night. Also cleaning personel didn't seem to be on the ball as counters were dirty and windowsils had lots of dust and dead flies. Other wise we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to go thru this company again - only we would want a cabin with solid walls seperating the bedroom. Owners were very helpful and polite when we called with questions about lock and VCR even when it was late.

We had a great time at the beach, and loved all the options at the condo including the pools, lazy river, water side, and the vendor services a the beach. The view from the condo was beautiful and the balcony is great for dining outside. We recommend this place especially for people needing wheelchair access.

We rented your house in Gulf Shores this past week. We just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your place. The accommodations were better than expected. I must tell you that we waited until the last minute to rent a house and we were highly disappointed that we didn’t get to stay at a condo on the beach. We felt like we had “settled” on your place. Let me tell you, there was no settling. God was really looking out for us when he closed all doors and opened this one for us. We had a great time and the kids had a great time too. They are 9 and 7 and they loved being able to fish, loved the pool, and loved the yard where they had plenty of room to run and toss a football. There was plenty of space for all of us to feel comfortable and loved the accommodations. My husband and I were talking about how neither of us had any back pains from sleeping on a bed not our own. Usually, when we stay in a hotel for this long of a period, we start to feel it in our back. This was not the case at all. We also enjoyed the kitchen and its amenities and liked having access to a barbecue pit for cooking hamburgers. We were in town for a baseball World Series and so there were many in our group staying in different areas around town. One of the guys from another group that stayed at a beach condo stopped by and he was in awe of your place. We spent the same amount of money to stay at your place than they did at the condos. Granted, at the condos, there is a beach view, but the views from your house were more our style. One more thing , I am a runner. I managed to get in a three mile run all within the gated area!! It was a fantastic run in a safe environment without any traffic! If we are in the area again, we will look at your place first! Thanks again!

Thank you so much the phenomenal stay last week. Your condo is in phenomenal condition and you guys have made sure that every detail is taken care of. The unit is incredibly decorated in a way that is highly functional but maintains open space for families to assemble together in the living room/dining room. The beds are top quality and comfortable, with great quality bed linens and bath linens. We appreciated your quick attention to resolve the problem we were having with the front door lock. This is a great unit in the heart of Orange Beach/Gulf Shores with a great swimming pool/lazy river as well as access to the beach. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We always enjoy our stay at these cabins. They are so homey and have everything to make our stay so pleasant. They are beautifully decorated and so well maintained and clean. Cabins are in a wonderful location. Close enough to do whatever you want with just a short drive. Close to Cades Cove, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge yet on a secluded road. Could sometimes hear neighbors but not looking in their windows as with other rentals.

We can't say enough about how much we loved staying at Black Bear Hollow. We stayed in Bear Creek Cabin all the way in the back. It was nice and quiet after a long day out and about. My wife loved being in the back surrounded by greenery. My young daughter loved the loft which had to be accessed by stairs. The cabin was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfect and close to everything yet far enough away to keep it peaceful. We went for a couple of late evening strolls and loved seeing the fire flies and also checked out the bear cave. The only improvement I would make is adding some new window blinds. Sunrise comes early in the summer and the street lights outside (well needed or it would be dark) tend to light up the room when sleeping. We plan on returning every couple of years and we will definitely be booking with Black Bear Hollow Cabins again

In our crew we had 16 family members for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We took them for all expense paid vacation. The cabin exceeded our expectations. We had a little trouble with trip advisor and the cabin owners called and fixed it right away. The cabin was clean with plenty of space! Our GPS took us right to the cabin with no trouble. Beautiful cabin wonderful owners! Thanks for a great vacation!

My family loved staying in our cabin. Any questions we had were answered within minutes by email to the owners. They have excellent communication. The cabins are nearby a lot of activities and restaurants which is nice for families. There is a horseback riding tour and lazy river tubing minutes away. Cades Cove is very close too.

We are hard working farmers from Ohio and vacations are few and far between so we choose where we go carefully and this cabin was the right choice location was awesome close to pegion forge and Gatlinburg but far enough away to stay away from hustle and bustle beautiful view very comfortable and relaxing had great time thx the longs
