The cabin met all of our expectations and beyond! This was the perfect spot to relax and unwind- all amenities were wonderful!! we are definitely returning and staying longer!!

Black Bear Cave was ideal for us. We loved the secluded location that was close enough to all we wanted to see and do. There were numerous thoughtful touches that we really appreciatedl Thanks much! We hope to come again!!

We had an amazing time on our family weekend vacation! This cabin was absolutely perfect and so beautiful! The views are breath taking, and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch with the beautiful mountain views. We will be going back to stay in this cabin, we found our perfect place to stay! The cabin was perfect in every way, was stocked and so clean!! The cleanliness was amazing! I can not express how amazing this cabin and our stay was, as well as how much we are looking forward to booking again for next year. Thank You!!

What can I say! Gorgeous cabin (mansion) at the top of the world; views to die for, etc. Enough bedding for a family reunion. I would definitely stay there again...and...refer friends!

Traveling for us during the pandemic, especially being in our 60's and 70's, felt risky. We came armed with our cleaning supplies and disinfectants. Before we brought anything into the cabin, I went through wiping down everything. It was a wasted effort -- EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS...NOT A SPECK OF DUST OR A FINGERPRINT SMUDGE. We settled in, comforted in knowing our hosts had taken good care of us. The ramp and the wide doorways certainly addressed our handicap access needs. The only suggestion we would make is to install safety bars in the bathrooms (at least one of those downstairs) near the toilet and inside the shower. Thank you again for a cabin clean and safe. We will definitely be visiting again and will recommend it to all who will listen.

Perfect secluded cabin!

We had a wonderful time at this secluded cabin .Plenty of room for all 9 of us.Close to everything.Went for a lot of long rides and seen a lot of wild life ,Deer,turkey and 15 bear .Beautiful scenery .Hope to go back someday.Give it 5 stars .

What a wonderful cabin, just like the pictures.A great getaway for my children and grandchildren. We made lots of memories. The youngest one who is 4 called it our Tennessee tree house.

Had an amazing visit. This was our 2nd visit to Black Bear Cabins. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. We even got to see a bear on this visit. Will definitely plan to return. Highly recommend to friends and family.

The Precious Memories cabin exceeded our expectations. We loved the balconies off of every room and the breathtaking views! We enjoyed the close proximity to the park entrance and the cute shops in Townsend. I highly recommend this cabin and hope to visit again soon.

Our family of six was looking for a cabin with a majestic view, somewhat remote, but not too far from town. We found the perfect place! We made some great memories enjoying the hiking, whitewater rafting, and touristy items but were able to spend the mornings and nights at the cabin with a stunning view in a peaceful area. Exactly what we were looking for in a mountain getaway.

This was our first time staying with Paradise Ridge Cabins. However, it won't be our last. We loved the location of the cabin. It was so peaceful. We even seen a bear in the back yard. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived. Once we spoke with Paradise Ridge, the issues were corrected immediately.

Paradise Vacation rentals provided great directions as well as a clear and accurate description of the property but they did not do the view Paradise View Cabin justice. It was a great view that changed throughout the day as the Smokies came to life. The experience was relaxing with seating all throughout the property. We felt as if we owned the mountain and could quickly enter town with ease.The fully equipped kitchen, billiards room, and large laundry facility were great added bonuses.

This house land rental company where by far the best that we have used in the Smoky's. What a wonderful week and the house was beautiful. We will be back.

This is the ninth year that we have rented this cabin. We have never been disappointed. We usually have eight of us but have had as many as eleven. We come from a variety of different states and this is a great location for us to meet up. The cabin is clean. The view is spectacular. The beds are comfortable. We love the fireplace. But our favorite thing is the big table by the kitchen. It is perfect for our shared meals and for our crazy games. Once we are at the cabin there’s really no reason to leave. Mark and Debbie have been great to work with. We plan to come back again next year. And we highly recommend this cabin.

We loved staying in your Bear Ridge Cabin. We wanted out of the hustle and bustle of town but something easy to get to. Located perfect for us because we wanted to be fairly close to Cades Cove. The cabin was clean, well kept and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time visiting The Great Smoky Mountains as a family and this cabin was a hit! The kids enjoyed the wide open spaces to run around and couldn't get enough of the hot tub. We loved being in a secluded location, but not too far from all of the amazing hikes and restaurants. It was perfect. Can't wait to come back!

Took my grandkids to Black Bear Mountain Cabin for the beginning of their spring break. It was secluded, rustic, woodsy, well-stocked, AND clean. We had a great time in the hot tub, watching movies, playing games, making crafts, and took a hike at the nearby Metcalf Bottoms. We also had some great pizza down the road. Will stay again!!

The cabin was beautiful and we had everything we needed for our stay. The view was amazing and we had a great time having a bonfire one evening. Even though it rained we loved it there. Kitchen was great and lots of room for our big group. We did having walkers but weren't sure where to walk except on the road. Would like to come again for a longer stay since is a good central location to meet. Would also plan to be sure we had our groceries before we got there since the closest store is the IGA in Townsend and it is limited.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise View Cabin. The cabin was very large, clean, and well supplied. The views were beautiful even in early spring before the trees were leafed out.

We enjoyed everything about this cabin. We usually look for something for both the older ones and the younger ones to enjoy, and I have to say this was the best decision ever. We will definitely return. The views were amazing, the cabin is breathtaking, and the fin is endless.

As always I enjoy getting away and staying in one of your cabins even if it is just for a weekend. Your cabins are always clean and you can feel the family love in each one and just the environment around. Thank you for having the best cabin get away in the Smokies.

We recently stayed in the "Black Bear Cave" cabin at Black Bear Hollow Cabins in Townsend, Tn. I have been visiting Townsend cabins for many years and just happened across the advertisement on line. What a rare find this cabin was. It is secluded behind a gate...down a small road between two mountains and the surrounding cabins that are visible are strategically placed so that absolute privacy is awarded to all. Bear Cave is adorably decorated and well kept. We will definitely return!

For my husbands birthday present, he googled SNOW, FEBRUARY & CABIN, & the rest is history. Fantastic time & we look forward to a return trip.
