We so enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect. Our cabin, Bear Cave had everything we needed to make our stay quite comfortable. Jacuzzi, hot tub, porch with rockers, outdoor fire pit, grill, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed, washer and dryer. What else could we have possibly needed??? The light snowfall we received was The icing on the cake!!! This was our fourth time staying at Black Bear Hollow and will not be our last. Thank you!

We've been staying at Black Bear Hollow at least once a year for many years and it is always a great vacation. We usually stay in Black Bear Mtn. Cabin but we have been in almost all of them at one time. They are very private and secluded, well maintained and comfortable. I like the fact that each cabin is different, not the "mass produced" plastic looking "cabins." We plan to be there every year that we possible can. Danny and Tara have always been great hosts and are very attentive to the details of making our stay great everytime. Thank you! Kerry & Alex Keeling

Nice accommodations and loved being at end of road. Unfortunately didn’t see any wildlife in the area but close enough to Cade’s Cove for wildlife viewing. It drizzled a lot during our time so the covered porch with swing was nice! Decks are a tad slippery during rainy weather but they have some areas that have textured stepping areas. They do have a great jacuzzi on the back deck that worked out any soreness from hiking! Unfortunately because of rainy weather didn’t get to use the outdoor fire pit but the gas fireplace inside was a great bonus!!! They have a super cute bear cabin theme going on with your own little bears throughout. I will definitely love another getaway to this location and hopefully snow next time!!!

This was our second time staying here and we live it more every year. Feels like home away from home. It’s clean and beautifully decorated. We come every year for my birthday and can’t wait for next year.

The cabin was lovely. It was exactly what we were looking for. Very secluded, we didn't see anyone else the 5 nights we were there. Very comfortable to return to after days of hiking in the mountains or sightseeing. Location was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. So you can do as much or as little as you want. We would definitely return and have recommended it to friends.

We have been staying at these cabins for about 5-6 years now. We use Townsend as our paradise away. We have stayed at three different cabins with Black Bear Hollow Cabins. All three have been perfect. I do believe Black Bear Ridge is my our favorite for us. The location of there cabins are perfect because we love going to Pigeon Forge and Townsend. So being on Wears Valley is the perfect location for us. The cabin had everything we needed and the setting is second to none. I just got back from 4 months in Iraq so for my wife and I it was a great way to get away. Thank you for our vacation get away!!!!!!

Wonderful view . Refrigerator was GREAT! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had misplaced a bag , notified Danny and he checked cabin and trash for us. GREAT SERVICE! FYI- bag was put in wrong car during pack up. HA! Will visit Again! THANKYOU DANNY!

The cabin is in great location and was very spacious. It was very clean and has a great view! The beds were very comfty too. We really enjoyed staying here and glad we picked your cabin. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to stay in this area!

We stayed 3 nights at Bear Ridge Cabin in Black Bear Hollow Cabins. We were very close to Laurel Falls Trail and Cades Cove. This area was also close to so much more. This is a great spot and we will keep this in our return plans.

We loved staying at Bear Hollow Cabin! We had never rented a cabin in the Smoky Mountains before but chose Bear Hollow for it’s great location to Cades Cove. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. Loved having two bedrooms with two bathrooms as we were two couples. We would definitely come back. Best choice we ever made!

After 4 years of being in nursing school I was long overdue for a vacation. I needed that perfect spot for some R&R. I quickly fell in love with Townsend and their little village like community as well as our cabin in Fawn Hollow. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful and the nights were calm. I was deeply saddened to leave and yes I got teary eyed. We can not wait until our next visit. Danny and other staff was so accommodating. Never had any issues. The cabin on arrival was so freshly cleaned and smelled inviting. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us and our family.

This was our fourth vacation at this beautiful cabin. This year we celebrated a 30th wedding anniversary and a 58th birthday with our family. We enjoyed our home-cooked meals, game room, theater room and hot tub. We were there during the rain from Hurricane Florence but the weather did not damper our fun together. The clouds and fog on some days made for great pictures too. We also saw a double rainbow one afternoon!! As always, we enjoyed Cades Cove and the area. Thanks again for your lovely home! Loved our five night stay, with a very peaceful location which included blooming rose bushes and other shrubs, which attracted butterflies to enjoy from the front porch! The black bear we watched from one of the decks made our trip very special! Danny was right there to help with every little need or question!

The (smoky mountain memories)cabin we stayed in was very spacious and clean. The view was amazing. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The Paradise View cabin was comfortable, roomy, beautiful views! Unfortunately there was an unforeseen and not preventable water pump problem after a few days. We were directed to move to another cabin which was not as scenic or large but very adequate, comfy and cute decor. The issue at Paradise was fixed asap and we could have moved back but decided to leave a day early. We will definitely recommend both these cabins to others. The owners were communicative and gracious as possible under the circumstances. We hope to return.

We were blown away by the beauty of our surroundings and the cabin itself. We were continuously stunned and thrilled the entire stay. We definitely plan to stay again. For a longer time next time, for sure. Two days was not near enough time to enjoy the mountains and surrounding area, particularly Gatlinburg.

This cabin was fully loaded with everything you need dishes, towels, washer/dryer, so you can feel like you are at home. Just bring your own food. My fiancé and I stayed here for 4 nights and we both agreed that out of all our vacations this is our best one. The cabin had a ungodly view I mean it was a view like no other and you get different angles when you step up on the top patio. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was clean and ready. We slept peacefully and couldn’t wait to wake up and see the sunset. The service was great they answered all questions and were very friendly. We were 10 minutes away from everything, all the activities were right there no long amounts of driving! The weather called for thunderstorms the whole week but the weather was on our side and it rained when it was needed so we got to do everything from ziplining, water rafting, fine dining, horseback riding, chair lifts, coasters, Aquarium, it’s so much to do there I could live in the Smokey’s. We will definitely reserve this cabin every year from here on out.

We loved our stay in the beautiful bear ridge cabin. Everything was well maintained and it was spotless clean! We loved the jacuzzi after hiking through the GSM. The barbecue was also perfect. We will stay here again if we come back to the GSM.

We had a great weekend trip to Gatlinburg with 3 families/friends. The house was well equipped for everything we needed. The drive to all the activities was close enough yet far enough out to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Thank you!
