Loved our stay here, extremely romantic, quiet and peaceful. Cottage is gorgeous, we wanted for nothing at all! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. I brought our crock pot and cooked our meals each day while we were out hiking. Got home each night to a warm home cooked meal. We loved sitting in front of the fireplace, sitting outside in the hot tub, sitting outside on the front porch swing, we just loved our stay here!

Bear Creek cabin was very clean and just as you see in the picture, perfect for just the husband and I. We have already planned our next trip.

I have to say the pictures of the condo are amazing but the do not do justice to how wonderfully beautiful this condo truly is. The view is simply spectacular from every room, the furniture and decorations are well done and the balcony has great furniture. We had a group of 10 adults and never once felt on top of each other. The building facility is well kept and the beachfront with soft white sand is all that you can ask for. We would return again without question!

We had the most wonderful time. Our family of 6 stayed comfortably for three nights. We have 4 children ages: 9, 7, 4 and 1. The kids had a blast and my husband and I enjoyed a relaxing visit as well. We loved the location being a bit off the beaten path. It was nice and close to Cades Cave and beautiful scenery surrounded us. Pigeon Forge is about 25 minutes away and very touristy but fun for outings. We loved the quiet seclusion but safety of a private entrance. Thanks for providing such a peaceful spot with many comforts of home. We hope to return again.

Everything was very clean so when I got there I was able to just relax in the hot tub & play pool. It's very close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg so we didn't have to drive very far to do everything we wanted to do. I am definitely going back next year. Thanks so much for the use of your cabin, Bear Ridge! It was the perfect house for my brother and I. He was planning on just a weekend in the mountains by himself but I told him I wanted to come so we rented this cabin. We had an enjoyable stay and everything was just perfect! Once again, thanks for the use of this fine cabin!

This was our third time to stay at Black Bear Hollow Cabins and it NEVER disappoints! There are other places to stay mountainside that are closer to where we live but we will continue to make the trek to Townsend Tennessee because of the uniqueness of Black Bear Hollow. We love the fact that its gated and the cabins are extremely private, yet minutes from town. Many other places feel overcrowded with cabins stacked one after another, whereas Black Bear Hollow feels like we have the mountain all to ourselves! The views, amenities, and cleanliness are topnotch. From the first time I spoke with Mark over the phone 3 years ago, I felt our comfort and satisfaction were important. Because of this, we chose to try the cabins, and now, well, no need to ever stay anywhere else! See you in 2016 Black Bear Hollow!

We had the best vacation ever!! Such a gorgeous and spacious condo. From the private balcony, the well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, and the comfortable living room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed all the many amenities the complex offered. Loved the huge indoor pool, lazy river, and the great slide!!! Mark and Debbie were very kind and extremely quick to make a minor repair. They have been wonderful to work with and we will be staying with them again!! Thank you for the most enjoyable week!

No, we didn't see any foxes, but since our last name is Fox, we were "Foxes in the Woods" and loved every minute at the Bear Cave. It was the perfect place for the two of us and allowed us a quiet and comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the fall colors in the Smoky Mountains. The location was perfect for visiting Cades Cove and for exploring several of the trails near by. We hope to come back again and enjoy God's creation.

Five of us girls go on a beach trip every year. This year we decided to stretch our financial limits and stayed at a penthouse at Orange Beach. We had a wonderful time. The condo was outstanding. The beds were a dream to sleep on. We did not have to worry about buying ice as there were two ice machines. The views were spectacular and the location was close to Florida and Gulf Shores. We enjoyed the beaches, lazy river and pools...thks for a very enjoyable time!!!

Black Bear Hollow Cabins is the only cabins my family has stayed at for the last 8!years. Every cabin is well cared for and the owners are amazing. I've stayed in the majority of the choices of cabins and have never been disappointed. This stay was no exception, everything was great!

We rented Over the Rainbow for the weekend of my son's wedding. We had such an awesome time that one of the main topics of conversation was "when can we rent this cabin again"? The cabin was spotless clean, beautifully furnished, and the view was amazing. The only problem we had for the weekend was that the satellite tv didn't have ESPN which was going to put a damper on our football viewing. I called the owner about the problem and he immediately took care of it. We had ESPN within 30 minutes and he even called me back to follow up and make sure we were happy. What service! I would highly recommend Over the Rainbow and the owner to anyone wanted a great place for a family gathering.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Over the Rainbow! This was our third time to stay in this cabin. We have stayed several times in Precious Memories and once at A little Bit of Heaven. All of our stays have been wonderful. We love the movie room and all the extra room we have at Over the Rainbow. There were 10 of us this year . It was great, the view was wonderful and two nights we had a bear to visit!

We enjoyed Bear Lodge very much. Always nice to be on the quiet side of the mountain! The firepit and picnic table was a nice addition. We will definitely be back!

We take a family mountain trip every October. This was our first time staying at Bear Creek cabin and we loved it. Our best cabin experience by far! The cabin was set in a peaceful setting, and spacious, and homey. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit, and the hot tub was so relaxing. We will be staying here again.

We had such a wonderful time in this amazing cabin. The views were spectacular from every direction and it was the perfect place to connect with friends a family. It was hard leaving and we look forward to returning for a longer stay next time. The accommodations were extremely nice with room for everyone to spread out, and everything was so clean. We difinitely enjoyed our stay last week. Great cabin and well equipped. Main floor bed was super comfortable. We would recommend very highly and we will be back!

The cabin was beautiful and had more than enough space for my group of 6. We enjoyed the setting and felt secluded from nearby cabins. The location was very close to the entrance of Smokey Mountain National Park, making it great for hiking.

We really joined our stay at Black Bear Hollow Cabins. The cabins are clean and located in a beautiful quite area. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our Fall Family Vacation! Layout is perfect for family gathering, yet allows everyone to have their own space. All of the decks are fabulous. Secluded yet not far from Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. We will return.

The cabin was better than the pictures!!! We loved it. It was very clean, the property was well maintained and it was quiet due to being in a gated area. The view was fantastic anytime during the day. It was close to the hiking and site seeing activities that we wanted to do. The hot tub helped relieve the sore muscles from hiking. It is close to Townsend where there many activities as well as the Great Smokey Mountain visitor center and grocery stores. We throughly enjoyed fixing meals at the cabin and enjoying the view from the covered deck. If you wish to visit Gatlinburg, the drive is enjoyable and there are more hiking trails there. Our stay was very relaxing and we will definitely return to stay at Black Bear Hollow Cabins again!!!

We all enjoyed our stay at the Bear Ridge very much. The cabin is a one level witch I was looking for and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the front and back porches just talking and we ate out on he back porch a couple of times,it was perfect. We love going to Cades Cove and we got up every morning early to go and it didn't take us long at all the cabin is in a great location. We saw bears, deer and turkeys in Cades Cove and when we got back we had several walking in the yard by the cabin. Thank You Mark and Debbie for a wonderful place to stay.

Our stay at Paradise Condo in Orange Beach was wonderful. Everyone in our party was very, very pleased. We didn't cook at all during our stay but the unit was very well equipped. My favorite part is always getting my coffee first thing in the morning and going out on the balcony to watch the sun rise. I highly recommend this unit as it leaves nothing to be desired and the owners are great to work with. We would like to come back in the future. DeWayne and Susan Taylor

Had a great 2-night stay at Bear Mtn. Cabin was clean, comfortable & well-appointed. Loved the decor and the porch swing & rocking chairs were my favorite for enjoying morning coffee. We'll be back! :)

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed every minute spent at Bear Cave cabin.........from the furnishings to the hot tub. We spent many hours rocking on the porch enjoying the scenery around us. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! We will definitely be returning to this little piece of heaven.

Loved the location, front and back porch, place was so clean, nicely decorated, all the extras that make it a home away from home. We will be back!! Thank you for making our vacation such a pleasant one :)

We've stayed at this cabin twice now for our annual girl's weekend with 7 ladies. Clean and plenty of room for everyone! Conveniently located so its super easy to get to Townsend/Cades Cove as well as Pigeon Forge area. Driveway is easy to navigate with a nice flat parking pad up top. Lots of deck areas for relaxing. We totally enjoyed this cabin!

We had a great time in Over the rainbow. Great view from almost every window. Which in the master bath on the main floor on the last morning there brushing my teeth opened the blinds on the edge ofthe parking lot was a cub. We got on the back deck by then mother bear and her two cubs were there. They looked at us and went into the woods. Can't wait to come back. It's also vary private.

I have stayed at Black Bear Hollow Cabins twice this year. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. The cabins are secluded and offer everything you might need while on vacation plus extras you might not even think about. My family enjoys spending time in the Great Smoky Mtns, but Black Bear Hollow is so nice that both times we have stayed there we have not wanted to leave our cabin. I highly recommend staying at Black Bear Hollow.

Excellent cabin. Extremely clean and well maintained. Well built, unlike other cabins we have stayed in on past trips ! Great location. Close enough to everything, but also in a secluded location.

Felt like home with a view! Amazing condo with a wonderful view of the beautiful beach and ocean. Condo had everything and more you could ever want with plenty of room. Plan on making it a yearly trip for my family.
