My family really enjoyed our recent stay at your condo. We all thought the layout was great for all 10 people I greatly appreciate your quick responses to the air conditioning issues. Fixed and responded very quickly.

We, my husband and I and our children with their spouses and all of the grandchildren , love our stays in this cabin. It's beautiful, always clean, well-equipped, very comfortable. The three-story cabin has lots of room to spread out or to be together. The location is secluded yet near everything. The view is great!

Our family of 20, ranging in ages 10 to 71, stayed at Over the Rainbow cabin for 3 nights in August, 2015. We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with a wedding ceremony that was held at the historic Headrick Chapel located on Wears Valley Road just a short distance from the cabin. Over the Rainbow and all of its amenities far exceed our expectations. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and the views are exceptional. The kids in our family spent much of their time enjoying the nicely equipped game room and the theater room while the adults hung out in the living room, on the decks and around the fire pit. The hot tub, located on the ground level near the fire pit, was great to relax in. The rooms in the cabin are nice sized for a large group and the kitchen is well equipped with most everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Early one morning our granddaughter spotted a black bear slowing strolling through the back yard making his way to the woods...that was quite a thrill for all who were able to witness his appearance! We found plenty to do close to the cabin. Tubing on the Little River near the cabin was fun for the entire family. The water was low when we were there, it probably would be more fun when the water level is higher, but fun nonetheless. SMNP, Cades Cove entrance and Pigeon Forge are all nearby. We found the owners, Mark and Debbie, to be very friendly and helpful. We had been planning this family event for quite some time and of course had lots of questions about the cabin and the surrounding area which they were quick to answer for us. When we inquired about fire wood for the fire pit they were happy to let us know we could buy wood in town or they could have the wood delivered to the cabin for us before our arrival for a reasonable cost. We chose to have the wood delivered to our cabin and it was there waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you Mark and Debbie for helping us enjoy this memorable milestone in our families lives. We hope to return to Over the Rainbow again.

I enjoyed staying in the beautiful cabin in the breath taking Smoky mountains with friends for a birthday celebration. Plenty of room and safe, fun location. I wish we could have stayed longer! I hope to come again soon.

We had a great stay at Bear Mountain. The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool table. The rocking chairs on the porch were perfect after a day of hiking or running around town. They were also super for morning devotional/Bible reading. We had our two sons and our younger son's wife with us. Everyone had privacy and yet we were all together. It was a great family time!

Couldn't ask for a nicer location or cabin. It was perfect! Clean, comfortable bed, air hockey, pool table, bags, jaccuzzi, gas grill, wifi, whirlpool. Mark and Debbie were great hosts and easy to talk to and work with.

One more time, we have stayed at Black Bear Hollow & made wonderful, new memories to cherish! The cabin is great, & in looking back over the years & stays with you, we think the cabin on the hill behind Bear Cave is the only one (including the 2 in Fawn Hollow) that we have not stayed in. Looking forward to the next time, & always thankful for the "divine appointment" that brought us to your website some 12 years ago.

Our family of 13 loved this cabin. There was sleeping space for all of us as well as a great room gathering area. It was very clean and well kept. The location is close to many activities. We did zip line, tubing, horseback riding, caving, alpine sledding and hiking in the park. Oh, we had a visit by a young bear on our porch! Thanks!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your cabin. We at the best time with our family. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved getting in the hot tub an playing pool. We saw a bear in the neighbor's yard and a mama turkey with babies in our yard! everything was beautiful inside and outside of the cabin. We will be back!

We have rented from Black Bear Hollow at least 5 times, and we are never disappointed. We will continue to return here as long as possible. We have stayed in 4 different cabins and all of them were very comfortable and accommodating.

My husband and I stayed here during the first week of June. The place was just perfect. We brought our own groceries for the week in order to cook there at the cabin. Everything was clean and in great working order. We definitely loved this cabin and will be back. My husband is a photographer. We really enjoyed our stay at the Bear Cave. A home away from home. The cabin met all our needs and was clean and comfy. The beauty of God's creation in this setting surrounded by the mountains is awesome. There is plenty to see and do or just relax with a cup of coffee on the front porch and enjoy the peace and quite away from the busyness and chaos of everday life. The one way drive through Cades Cove in Smoky Mountain National Park is worth the time. There are plenty of pull-over spots and parking areas to admire the Great Smoky Mountains. Also take the hike to Abrams Falls in Cades Cove. It's a lengthy hike but not challenging. The path and terrain is up and down with roots and rocks. Very scenic along the river with wildlife sightings. Swimming with caution is allowed at the Falls. Also a drive through Foothills Parkway with less congestion for more breathtaking views is a bonus. We would stay here again on a return visit to Tennessee.

Me and my family rented three cabins in Black Bear Hollow. We had a blast the three days we were there. The cabins were beautiful and clean. It was everything I imagine it would be. It's was very secluded and private we felt right at home we will definitely be coming back next year. We really enjoyed the town and the experience.

We have stayed at Black Bear Hollow twice now and have had a great experience both times. The last time we had a miscommunication and ended up in the wrong cabin and Mark was extremely quick and responsive to remedy the situation. We will definitely be back. Not only because of the cabins but because they are great people to work with which is hard to find.

We really love Black Bear Hollow Cabins. Mark and Debbie are great and the reservation process is easy. We've booked twice with them so far, and can't wait to return! We've stayed at Black Bear Falls and Over The Rainbow, both of which were spacious and enjoyable. The cabins are always exceptionally clean and well maintained. The view from Over The Rainbow is spectacular!! We met our family from Ohio at these cabins, which makes for a fun, relaxing time in the mountains. We love how the Black Bear Hollow Cabins are so secluded and quiet, yet close enough to drive to any Smoky Mountain adventure we want to experience. I hope to book again with them soon!

We have stayed numerous times with you, choosing a different cabin each time. Each one has been wonderful to stay in. This time we chose Bear's Den, the individual cabin right on Wear's Valley Road. Very quiet and clean. Looking forward to next year.

We have been staying at Black Bear Hollow for 15 years. We have made many memories here. We have stayed at every cabin in the hollow at some point. Bear Creek is our favorite but all of the cabins are awesome. The cabins are immaculate. The hollow offers the peaceful setting that we need. My kids are almost grown now and have been coming here since they can remember. They still ask to come to Mr. Mark's cabins. It is a great family retreat!! See yall Soon!!!

We and our friends had a wonderful time at the cabins. The cabin was attractive, clean, easy to get to and very comfortable. The location was great, very close to the Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area with all the tourist places to go. But was still close enough to the Smoky Mountains. You can be as busy as you want with shows, shopping, eating, rides and Dolly World or you can put your feet up and totally relax. Plus we found the people in the area to be friendly and hospitable. It is a great place to bring the grandkids. We are already making plans to return next summer with the WHOLE family. And did I mention so many places to eat and eat and eat. This was the best vacation my husband and I have had in many years

Very comfortable! The cabin in located in just the right spot that puts you so near the Smokey Mtn Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would love to stay again on our next trip to the Smokies.

My family and I recently stayed at Bear Mountain and had a very relaxing time at the cabin and Townsend area. We really appreciated the secluded setting of Bear Mountain and the friendly staff that made out trip worry free. We look forward to returning in the future.

This is a fantastic cabin! Very spacious seating area and dining table. We enjoyed the wrap around deck and all of the comfortable outdoor furniture. The gas grill was very nice. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and the beds very comfy. We had a wonderful family time!

Our stay at Black bear hollow cabins was wonderful as always We have stay there a few times in different cabins ,They are always very clean ,well maintained,have everything you need ..Love how is a private gated community makes you feel safe ..But best of all it has the best website so easy to navigate and book on line is a snap ..Only problem I have found its the owners of theses wonderful cabins DON'T own enough cabins Hope to return very soon ??

My husband and I rented this cabin for our vow renewal weekend and everyone of our guests just loved it! The view is amazing and it's so roomy! Mark and Debbie were always available with any questions and even worked with me on getting the full payment in since some of my guests cancelled and left me to pay the entire amount. Will definitely be staying with them on future visits!

We loved staying at this condo on the beach!! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed!! Very comfortable and enjoyed spending time on the beach, at the pool, and on the balcony!!

Once we went through the gated entry we were very surprised that the road was paved all the way to the cabin. Not a big thing but I have had rougher drives. The cabin was great and a lot of it had been remodeled. The cabin was large and spacious. The appliances were new and up to date. The location was great, as I am a photographer and traveling to Cades Cove and was not at all a bad drive. This area is great for staying on the Peaceful side of the Smokies.

We have stayed at several of the cabins in Black Bear Hollow over the past ten years. Most recently we stayed at Bear Creek. Cabin was well equipped. We came in late and luv the ability to go straight to the cabin. Easy to find and centrally located. We have never had any issues. Getting ready to plan our Oct visit. Give them a try!!! Saw three bears Cades Cove.

The condo on the 30th floor west side is tremendous and provides spectacular views of the beach, Gulf Shores, and sunsets. The amenities in the condo go far beyond what is expected, along with the furnishings. Everything is well maintained, beautiful, and the condo is spacious. Our family had 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The beach, pools, and lazy river was a hit with everyone. Thank you for allowing us to stay.....we will return.

This is a beautiful, large and spacious condo with an AWESOME view. Everything about this condo was top notch. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the scattered storms coming in and on the sunny days relaxing in the shade after a long day on the beach. The indoor heated pool is huge and the children loved it along with the outside slide and lazy river. We were able to meet Mark and Debbie in person and they are a very lovely and generous couple. I would like to thank them again for sharing their beautiful condo. We will be back.

Arrived late, and found the cabin spotless! It was everything we had hoped for. The decor was beautiful and fit with the mountains! After enjoying the hot tub, the hiking, and the area we will be back. We left feeling completely renewed and at peace. the owners are very nice, and assisted in our plans as though we were old friends.

This was our first vacation with all the kids and grandkids (Minus Devin, who left this world this past December). The cabin and the entire area worked out just perfect for us. "Over the Rainbow" was large enough that everyone had their space, yet were able to spend a lot of quality time together. Plus, all the kids got to see and experience "life in the mountains". We are return Black Bear Hollow customers and will continue to be. Devin would have really loved this place and he actually did send us a rainbow!

We only stayed a weekend for our anniversary, but we so enjoyed the quiet time. The cabin was clean, loved the covered porch & swing. We will be visiting again.
