My wife and I loved the cabin and the views. The cabin was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

This was our 6th stay in Black Bear Hollow Cabins. We find everything we need in Black Bear Hollow cabins, very nice accomadations, well equiped,the amount of space we need and close but not too close to things we want to do in the Townsend area. The best way to sum up our experience is nothing is a hassle. Will we come again, yes.

Wow! What a beautiful cabin! My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning, hopefully soon! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to relax and spend time together. It was definitely what my family needed and we have so many memories to cherish. Thank you!!!

We love the Townsend area so much. We were so lucky to find Black Bear Hollow Cabins, the cabins are very nice and clean but most of all the owners are the most caring and kindest people you will ever find, they make you feel like your family. Take our advice try them you will never be disappointed they are perfect!

Cabin is in a great location with quick access to the Park. Felt very safe and private.

What an amazing place! We really enjoyed our stay. The views alone made the trip worth it. The condo was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for our large group. It was perfect for our multi-generational family. We would highly recommend it, and hope to be back again soon!

Beat falls was AMAZING!!!! The cabin was clean and very nicely accommodated. Although we only had our family of 4 staying, we could have easily had another 2 families stay!! Gatlinburg and pigeon forge are only a short drive away allowing you to enjoy the peaceful serenity of the smokies without all the city lights and buzz.

This was the most amazing condo and we are looking to return here every year. Never have a stayed in a nicer place. The owners left no detail overlooked. Our new favorite place at the beach.

We have always stayed at beach homes around Destin for the past 21 years. We decided to try a condo at Orange Beach this year. All I can say is that I am now hooked into having all the amenities that were available to us at Phoenix West II. Everything was super clean when we arrived and the supporting facilities were awesome. This will definitely be kept on our list of places that we like to visit. This was our 22 year Anniversary and we spent it in a condo with 9 16, 17 and 18 year olds. They had a blast also.

Our family of five and two friends stayed five nights at Black Bear Falls and had a wonderful time. The cabin is very spacious and clean! It has three levels, so our kids were spread out and had space for themselves. The owners always responded to my questions in a very timely manner. The part I liked best was the ease of arrival and departure. We were given a code to the door, so we didn't have to stop anywhere to pick up or drop off keys which takes time away from vacationing. We were there in March so we had a few cold nights, but the fireplace kept us cozy and warm. The kids took walks, built fairy houses down by the waterfall, played volleyball at the picnic area and used the hot tub every day. We were centrally located, so we were able to spend time in Townsend (check out the swinging bridge behind Lilly's Cafe!) and go to some attractions in Pigeon Forge. We went horseback riding, explored Tuckaleechee Caverns, shopped at the outlets, rode the alpine coaster, went to a great magic show at Wonderworks, and even flew in a helicopter! It was always so nice to come back to relax in the inviting cabin. Would definitely recommend Black Bear Falls and renting from the Tisch family.

My wife and I stayed at Bear Creek as a surprise for her 61st Birthday. The cabin was fantastic and what a great location, close to everything but far enough away for peace and quite. We saw Turkeys and a coyote from the cabin. In Cades Cove we saw lots of Deer and the hike to Abrahams Falls was great. Really enjoyed the Hot Tub and just relaxing on the front porch. Hope to return with our Boy's and there families in the future.

The cabin was nice and clean. It was located in the scenic Wears Valley area, close to the Townsend entrance of the park. Mark was great to work with. This is the third time we have stayed in a cabin from him or his family. This was a short trip, and while this was more of a basic cabin, it was nice.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking and the location is excellent. We couldn't have picked a better cabin to spend the week with family. There was more than enough room for all with room to spare. We will definitely be back.

Your penthouse condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was beautiful and the views from the 30th floor were breathtaking, especially the sunsets! We got together for a weeklong cousins' reunion, coming from IL, IN and WI and had a fun, relaxing time. Already looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks again.

We had an amazing trip, and truly enjoyed the stay at this cabin. Everything you need is there as well as things you didn't think of. We love the location and all around atmosphere. We absolutely loved our stay at Over the Rainbow. We've stayed in many cabins over the years, and this by far is our favorite!! Absolutely beautiful views and very easy to get to!

The Precious Memories cabin is lovely. The views and location are also fantastic. The owners were very helpful when we got snowed in. We can't wait to go back, hopefully in October.

We really enjoyed our stay even though we had to leave early. It snowed overnight and was beautiful, but we didn't have any problem driving because y'all keep the roads clear. Our problem was it was going to snow again the next day, not only there but in AL also and our roads are not maintained as well! We have stayed with y'all 4 times so far and plan on doing it again. Thank you so much for working with us on the dates.

The Cabin was great the view was great, the weather on the other hand was not, Ice Storm knocked out power for 3 days, so we had to ruff it, had plenty of moonshine and food. Mark took care of us, salting and plowing driveway, gave us some water. Very nice people to rent cabins from. Will be back hopefully in warmer days

When I called to make the reservation I spoke with Mark and advised him we coming to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Mark suggested the Bear Creek Cabin and that was a great selection on our part. Inside was beautiful, clean and homey. Mark worked on the hot tub for nearly 2 hours in single digit weather and we finnally had to make him leave. The pipe was frozen! This is just an example how Mark and Debbie want to make sure their guest are satisfied. We were satisfied and will call back soon for another visit.

Gorgeous cabin. Highly recommended. We spent our anniversary here and will definitely be back!! The hot tub was amazing and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Our group on 8 Adults and 10 kids (all under 5!) could not have had a better time during our stay in "Over The Rainbow" The cabin is beautiful and is only trumped by the views out the window. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves when we desired, we were shocked by how well equipped it was! We will be back without a doubt in the future and would recommend this cabin with no reservation at all. It was an amazing week!!!

This is truly a deluxe penthouse. The furnishings were luxurious, the kitchen was modern and the condo was quite large. My husband loved the jacuzzi bath tub in the master. The kids loved the heated indoor swimming pool. This is truly a year round holiday spot.

Mark & Debbie, we had a wonderful stay at Black Bear Ridge last week. Everything was just perfect at the cabin & we loved being there. We will certainly come back every chance we get. Hope to see you next time we're there!!!!

Our family (my husband & me along with our 3 married sons & their families) traveled from Iowa, New Jersey, Georgia, & South Carolina to spend a week at Over the Rainbow & we had a wonderful time! The layout and size of the cabin are great - even with 8 adults & 7 kids there was plenty of room for everyone. The living room had enough seating that we all could gather there, including the grandkids & their toys, without seeming too crowded. Our grandkids are all a little too young yet to “turn them loose” in the basement rec area, but in a few more years that would be a great option for them. They did love sleeping in the bunkbed room, and we all enjoyed watching the Super Bowl in the theater room. Several areas (living room, bedrooms) of the cabin have very nice carpeting which provided great soundproofing for those who tried to sleep in a little in the mornings! The dining room table was also nice & big and provided a great spot for crafts for the kids & games for the adults. There was even enough room in the dining room that we put up our own little Christmas tree, as we were celebrating our family Christmas during this vacation! The views are as beautiful as everyone says - it was a little too cold to be outside a lot during most of our visit, so didn’t get to spend much time sitting out on the deck, but it was nice to have snow for our Christmas! We had toured this cabin the last time we were in the Smokies two years ago, and could see that improvements are continually being made: the area of the deck with the grill now has a roof over it, complete with a ceiling fan, which would be great in the summer! Also, one night we enjoyed a fire in the outdoor firepit, which has had massive log benches added since we had seen it last. The full size washer & dryer were also very helpful for our crew. Mark was very accommodating to work with and responded promptly to all our emails. There was one problem with the hot tub, but he had a repairman out very quickly to work on it, and called to give us an update of the repairs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this cabin again!

My husband and I chose Black Bear Hollow Cabins for our 44th anniversary trip. The cabin was not a disappointment. It is a beautiful cabin in a gorgeous setting. When we arrived, we had an unexpected issue with the water system. I called Mark and Debbie and it turned out they had the well pump replaced the previous day; the well maintenance company had not flushed the lines. Mark had someone there within 30 minutes to hook us up to an alternate water line and almost immediately we had fresh clean water. Black Bear Hollow is very convenient to the commercialized areas of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. I thought it was quiet at my house but there is complete silence at Black Bear Creek. It is also very close to Cades Cove which was one of the main places we wanted to visit and did not once but twice. There's also the quaint little area of Townsend. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Black Bear Hollow and would also like to return perhaps next year.

Our group once again LOVED staying at Black Bear Hollow Cabins! It is the perfect place for a marriage retreat. Everything was clean and a very inviting atmosphere. We will definitely be in contact when we decide to do another retreat. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Hollow Cabins so very much. The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated and the accommodations were wonderful. All the people in the group commented on what a very good time they had and would like to do it again.

Black Bear Hollow is our most favorite place to stay in the Smokies. It's secluded, quiet, & inspiring. We are repeat guests (9-10 times), and would not think of staying anywhere else. The cabins are located in Wears Valley in a non-commercial area, but near enough to all the attractions to make it the ideal place to stay. We have had no problems with any of the amenities such as internet, and /or phone service from our provider. Once again, A GREAT PLACE & our home away from home.

Our stay at Precious Memoriea couldn't have been more perfect. The house is comfortable, clean and well stocked. The views are fabulous, and the peace and quiet was just what we needed. It's away from all the commercial places, but close enough to go see anything. This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back again and again! The hot tub is great especially in the cold!

This is our very favorite place to stay when we come to Tennesee.love the cabin its always neat and ready for us to have a great time.wish we could come more often but when we do it will be at bear ridge cabin.hope to see you all soon.

Hosted an annual sales meeting at Over The Rainbow and couldn't ask for a better place! Amazing views, clean, great entertainment and plenty of room to relax . I'm already considering a return trip....

My daughter found this condo on the internet, and I am so glad that she did. It was like being in a gorgeous lighthouse. The view is simply breathtaking. The internet site states, "Spectacular Views, Private Balcony, Upscale, Luxurious, Professional Decorated!" That description is spot on. The furniture is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate any cooking style. Mark responds to your needs extremely quick! Orange Beach, Alabama is truly a hidden gem. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Over the Rainbow is an awesome name to describe the amenites from the wonderful media room to the comfy beds to the immaculate housekeeping. We loved our stay here! The windows span across the condo and offer a gorgeous view. There are reclining chairs, and the couches recline in 4 places, so everyone can lie down and relax! We felt so pampered the whole time. Can't wait to go back!

Hi Mark & Debbie I wanted to thank you for one of the most wonderful vacation we had at Precious Memories the cabin was Oh so super. The weather was great, the view was one we will never forget.
