Desde hace tiempo había observado los apartamentos en el Montecarlo Luxury Condominium, me gustó mucho lo que pude observar en su página web, ahora que pudimos visitarlos, quedamos muy agradecidos con el trato por parte de todo el personal, en realidad nos ha gustado muchísimo sus instalaciones y la hemos pasado muy bien, el propósito del viaje era descansar y en verdad lo pudimos realizar.

Realmente fue una estadía muy placentera en el condominio, las instalaciones súper cómodas y los protocolos ante el Covid bien cumplidos. Nos sentimos muy seguros y realmente estuvimos unos días

Muy ameno, agradable, cómodo, limpio, tranquilo, muy buen servicio. El microondas no anduvo, trataron de arreglarlo pero mi marido fue el único que encontró la solución. Me gustaría que también ofrezcan la oportunidad de quedarse una noche.

Montecarlo es un lugar donde se respira paz, tranquilidad, buen trato de quienes laboran ahí empezando por el guarda de seguridad que es quien te recibe con una gran sonrisa. Al caminar hacia tu condominio vas disfrutando de la naturaleza y una muy bien cuidada piscina y entras al condominio y respiras limpieza, comodidad, amplitud, orden y cumple con todo lo necesario para una estadía simplemente perfecta y acogedora. Súper recomendado para quienes desean pasar unos días en familia. Muchas gracias Montecarlo, no dejaremos de visitarlos y recomendarlos. De hecho es mí tercera vez con ustedes, fidelidad absoluta.

En general todo muy bien, tanto con el estado general del condominio #5 asi como de las area comunes del condominio. A pesar de la situacion actual con el Covid-19 todo el personal con el que tuvimos que interactuar siempre se presento respetuoso y atento. Y los otros inquilinos del condominio siguieron en general las medidas de proteccion establecidas. Ademas pudimos utilizar el area de BBQ la cual fue limpiada y desinfectada antes de su uso ... muy bien!!

Estimado Cristian, mucho gusto, yo soy Hotelero de profesión y mis últimos 32 años los pasé metido entre clientes y servicio. Verdaderamente la pasamos muy bien, todos muy amables y serviciales, desde el guarda hasta las atenciones en reservaciones. Los Condo en excelente estado y condición, excelentemente equipados y todo Inmaculadamente limpio. La pasamos de lo mejor y a pesar de todo lo que está pasando con el COVID-19 , logramos nuestro objetivo, descansar. Esperamos regresar pronto. Cordialmente, Jorge Rodríguez

We again enjoyed our days at the Monte Carlo Condos. It was so nice to see most of the same people doing their jobs. Also nice to see many of our new friends from previous years. We plan to be back next year.

We have just completed five weeks staying at the Monte Carlo condominiums. It is our third straight year of being there. We have a.ready booked for next year. Aside from the property itself, which is a small 20 unit condo, with pool, all with two bedrooms, the best part of this place is the management team. From the office workers, to the maintenance men, to the cleaning staff, you always receive smiling outstanding service. If something needs fixing or replacing it is done also immediately. The property itself is about 15 years old and some of the units are in need of an upgrade in some areas, but this of course is the responsibility of the individual owner. It is close to shopping and many very good restaurants. I would not hesitate to receive mend this condo complex.

Very Happy with our stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the premises was beautiful and clean. We felt very safe and enjoyed our time and felt like we were welcomed as family! Our Condo unit was wonderful and maybe suggest a patio table with chairs outside which would be much more useful than the patio lounging chairs. Definitely will return

Monte Carlo Condo’s are an excellent choice for Families Friends traveling and anyone looking to get away.. Excellent location, awesome staff, and very clean. Pool looked great although I never had a chance to use it as we were fishing. Great central location to everything

This place was so relaxing & comfortable the staff made u feel at home. The security was top of the line everybody who worked here are very friendly and helpful. We already planning our next trip back. We call it our 2nd home ????????

Rooms were clean & comfortable. The common area & gardens are pretty & inviting. The gated parking & the guard did make us feel safe. The fixtures & appliances are dated. Our stay was rather short, we did not need to use the appliances. The room safe did not work. Hope that gets fixed soon.

The entire Monte Carlo team was pleasant, friendly and available to help out and answer all my questions. I have visited there on multiple occasions and plan to visit again in the very near future.

I stayed only 1 night, however, the condo was in a very good shape, with a convenient location in downtown Jaco. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I would reserve again anytime.

The only thing nicer than the condo unit was the staff. Can not wait to go back next spring.

The condo is lovely and spacious, we really loved the palce, its calm and secure. The only recommendation will be to have a uniform dining ware, not all glasses and dishes to be different.

I enjoyed my stay here.It is walking distance to everything. Very safe and secure with Nelson around. Pool was nice and relaxing after a day in town. Monte Carlo is very family friendly, they can also arrange for all your transfers and excursions Christian the property manager was great. When I go back I will stay at this hotel again

This was my second visit to Jaco! Both times I have rented a unit at Monte Carlo. Everything was wonderful! Condos are clean, well furnished, and comfortable! The complex is very well maintained, and the pool is excellent! The next time I come to Jaco,I will be staying there again!

Has a slight water leak in the apt in the evening. The staff were very diligent in moving me to another condo. They repaired the leak within hours, housekeeping came and cleaned and i was back in my condo within hours. Good Job to Christian and his team.

Thank you very much for everything, the stay was great, we enjoyed the facilities, the delicious pool and the jadines very well taken care of. We will definitely go back.

I hard another great stay at Monte Carlo Luxury Condominiums. The staff are very helpful and looked to insure I had the best time possible. The security at the gate are friendly and take pride in insuring your safety. The Housekeeping ladies are grounds staff keep the place in top shape. I will stay here the next time I return to Costa Rica.
