We thourougly enjoyed our stay at the jayakarta in one of barbs apartments. The cleaners were lovely, barb was really easy to deal with and the rooms had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying there again in the near future

We enjoyed staying at your apartment. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We loved the large fridge and microwave, so we didn't have to go out for breakfast every day as we could buy our own supplies. The separate bedroom was awesome and the bed was great. The only thing we didn't like was the shower head, it was spraying in all directions. Also the staff at the front desk I found to be quite rude and unwilling to help, but I know you cant do anything about that. Other than that we loved it and would definately stay again, and have already recommended Barbs to our friends.

This was the second time we have stayed at Barb's Bali Apartments and it didn't disappoint. The weather was perfect and our 3 boys (9-12) really enjoyed the location - easy access to the beach, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms as always were comfortable with everything you need. If you're looking for an affordable family holiday, I can highly recommend Barb's Bali Apartments. Very helpful and the fixed our booking stuff up at the last minute without blinking. James and Nic

I have just returned from 14 great nights at Barbs apartment 6205. Lovely light filled rooms, great modernised bathroom facilities. Helpful manager Made. Can not fault one thing. I had the pleasure of meeting David and Barb whilst I was there too. A lovely couple always willing to help if need be. Will reccomend to all my friends. Can't wait to return.

We stayed in Barb's Bali Apartments - Room 6108 (2 Adults + 2 Kids). Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping everyday and topping up our drinking water. Perfect for family as pools at resort are fantastic for kids (just a bit of a hike) and it is close to lots of restaurants, the beach and shopping. We had a room on the ground floor (which is what I wanted with 2 small children) which was fantastic as it opened up to a small balcony with a view of the garden. We had airport pick up and drop off also so no chasing up transport at the airport which is usually the last thing you feel like doing after a long flight. Barb and David were brilliant and kept the communication going right up to just before your holiday and forwarded details of their manager for any queries while you are on your holiday. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip, and the apartments were great. Nyepi festival is a wonderful experience! The only thing we thought was maybe directions for DVD player, which we only needed on silent day. Otherwise, a great stay!!

We stayed in two different apartments through September and into October. Both were furnished well and had daily cleaning service. We had an issue with bedding during the second half of our stay that was rectified immediately once contacting the owner. Very apologetic and quick to respond to my email. Thank you Barbara and David for your hospitality!

We stayed in the adjoining apartments with 3 boys. They are superbly located right on the beach and in walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartments themselves represent great value for money for families and are very comfortable especially for winding down after a big day out and about. The grounds and facilities of the Jayakarta Resort give you an authentic Balinese experience. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend the Jayakarta in Bali, the staff were amazing. The location of the hotel was fantastic with great food venues surrounding it. Barb was an absolute delight to deal with. Will definitely be staying at the Jayakarta and organising accomodation with Barb next visit :-)

Had a fantastic holiday, apartment was super, will definitely be staying there again. It was great to meet Barb and Dave, and thankyou so much for organising Made Madia to be our driver, he was lovely. We certainly appreciated the late checkout it was very appreciated!

We are a family ( two adults and a two year old child) For the price we payed per night it was great value for money. Room was cleaned every day and the place and location suited us well. Thank you for having us and making our holiday an enjoyable one.

Hi Barb and Dave Yes we had a fabulous holiday -the small changes to the apartments are really good- we again had plenty of room-i like the darker towels- Air con was fantastic cleaned early every day-do you have hairdryers? i couldnt find one this time.Looking forward to staying again-we met a couple from Perth who wanted to have a look and were very interested for their next hoilday as they have 2 teenagers-Their names Con and Jenny so you may hear from them in the future.They were going to email us-so will let u know.Thanks again Tammy and Steve
