Cancellation Policy

We require a two night deposit to hold a reservation, a one night deposit in case of a one night stay. The deposit includes lodging and 9% state tax. If you cancel your reservation at least two weeks in advance, we will refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. For reservations longer than 2 days, we will refund the deposit when all nights are rebooked. By submitting this reservation, you are authorizing us to charge your account for the required deposit.
