Rental Agreement No Smoking ~ $250.00 minimum fee for smoking in a room
No Pets ~ $50.00 minimum fee for harboring any pet in room
No Cooking ~ Absolutely NO COOKING APPLIANCES allowed in room.
Rooms that have litter and food all over floor will be charged and additional $25.00 cleaning fee.

I agree to be responsible and liable for all charges, for any items removed from the guest room or any damage to the guest room caused by any member of my party.
This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of any money or valuables.
ANY MISREPRESENTATION WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.
Deposit Policy: AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 30% DEPOSIT. The Remaining balance will be automatically charged 6 days prior to your arrival.
Reservations made within 6 days of your arrival/scheduled stay will be charged the full amount of their reservation up front.

IF CANCELLATION IS DONE WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF ARRIVAL, THERE IS A 20% CHARGE.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation you will be charged a ONE NIGHT'S STAY, at MINIMUM, for each room you have previously booked.
No refund for early departures. No shows will be charged a minimum of a one night stay plus tax.
