Dear Natapoc & Tamarack Lodging Guests,
This is a rental contract that you will be held responsible to follow. Your payment of the deposit is in acceptance of the below conditions and shows you agree to comply with all provisions of the rental contract. Please Read all the way through before paying your deposit.

Thank you for choosing Natapoc Lodging & Tamarack Vacation Rentals as your get-away. We will do our best to provide an enjoyable visit. If the reservation is in your name you are responsible for payment and informing your guests regarding the policies and rules.

Cancellations: If we re-book your dates with a comparable booking we will refund your deposit less 10% or allow you to transfer your deposit, in full, to another date, cabin. If we do not re-book you will lose your deposit. Deposits will not be refunded for reasons of weather unless getting here requires travel over Stevens or Snoqualmie passes and both are closed for periods greater than 6 hours.

Deposits-Payments: A deposit constitutes of 50% of the total and is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made. A fee of $30.00 will be charged on a returned check. Any collection fees will be the responsibility of the reservation holder. Deposits apply to your reservation balance and are not a separate fee.

Lodge minimums/maximums: You will be charged for the minimum number per night plus any additional guests or dog unless prior arrangements have been made. Due to code requirements we cannot allow numbers greater than specified for each lodge. Outside tents, trailers, or non-registered guests are not allowed. There are exceptions but they must be pre-approved in advance.

Reservation dates: When you make your reservation, we reserve the number of nights specified. If you decide not to stay for all the nights reserved our cancellation policy will apply.

Left-behinds: We are not responsible for items left and because of multiple guests we do not know who it may belong to. If you call within 14 days we will do our best to get the item to you. After 14 days items go to charity. Shipping charges are your responsibility. You will be charged a $10 service fee in addition to the actual postage required.

Smoking/Candles: No smoking or candles in cabins. Your credit card will be charged $150.00 for violation. Sand pots on decks are for cigarette butts. Do not throw elsewhere due to litter and fire danger.

Damage: Damage beyond normal wear, determined by the manager, will be charged to the reservation holder.

Pet: By advance permission only. Rules and pet fees apply. If a pet is present and consent wasn't given a $150/pet/night fee applies.

No Outside Burning Allowed. Motorized Vehicles: Snowmobiles and trail bikes are not allowed to be used on the cabin's grounds or property. They must remain on trailers or taken to trails.

Noise: As a courtesy to neighbors, music is not to be played outside during the quiet hours of 10PM to 8AM. Sound travels in the woods and across the river. Be respectful to our neighbors.

Hot Tubs: Rules are posted by tubs. State health rules do not allow use by children six years or under. We maintain hot tubs daily. Please put lids on tubs after use as this keeps them clean and hot.

Clean up: The washers and dryers are for your convenience. You are not expected to do cabin laundry, but anything started is appreciated. Please do all dishes and start the dishwasher. Please strip all used beds.

Private property: Private property surrounding cabins. Please respect all private property signs. See boundary lines located in the guest binder.

Private Road Speed Limits: Speed limit is 15 mph. Please be courteous to others and abide by this.

Parking: All vehicles must be parked in cabin driveways. If there are more than 6 vehicles please make prior arrangements with management. Please note no parking areas that must be kept open for service vehicles.

Tamarack Vacation Rentals, LLC is not liable for any injuries on the grounds or in the individual cabins. Each property is covered by the homeowner's insurance policy.
