Deposit Amount Required: First night's stay, see cancellation policy for more details. Rates are based on double occupancy.
Cancellations:
CANCELLATION Guest must pre-pay one night to guarantee their reservation. There is a full refund of the 1 nights deposit minus a $20.00 processing fee should the reservation be canceled 10 days prior to check in. If canceled less than 10 days prior, we will try to re-rent the room. If we can we'll refund your deposit. If we cannot, we retain your entire deposit.
SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION Guest must pay in full 60 days in advance of special event dates. Charges are fully refundable minus a $20.00 processing fee if reservation is canceled 60 days prior to beginning of stay. If canceled less than 60 days before your reservation we will try to re-rent the room, If we cannot, and the room goes unreserved the entire amount of stay will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Booking for rooms must be made in advance and secured with a one night credit card deposit. We have a 10 day cancellation policy, 60 day for special events.
Rates are based on double occupancy, charge for extra persons $50.00 per night.
NO CHILDREN under the age of 12 years.
Rooms can not be guaranteed ready for check in prior to 3pm - You are welcome to drop off bags if your arrival is prior to 3pm
