Rental Agreement
RESERVATIONS:
At the time your reservation is made, your room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged in full to either a Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card.
OCCUPANCY:
Standard rooms and airstream trailers are single or double occupancy. We have suites who sleep 4
and a large 2 story cottage that sleeps 5.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Please understand that we are preparing for your arrival and cannot welcome you prior to 3:00pm. If you are going to be arriving after 8:00pm you will have to do a self check-in (it's easy, and you will receive instructions by email and by phone). If you arrive after 10:00 pm please be considerate of other guests. Any late night disturbances will be charged to your credit card if we have to refund any of our other guests. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
BREAKFAST: Fresh made crepes, coffee, tea, and hardboiled eggs are available every morning between 8:00am and 10:00am for an extra fee.
NO MINIMUM STAY: From May 1st till October 31st we have a two-night minimum requirement on weekends. On holidays and during special events, we also have a two-night minimum stay. We may be able to accommodate you for just one night during weekends, but we will not know until the week before, so please call us anytime during the week before your arrival.
EXTENDED STAYS: We cannot accommodate extended stays.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Our inn is a smoke-free environment there is no smoking on the property. We have a strict policy for all our guests. If you smoke or use candles, we will charge your credit card $500 for cleaning and loss of revenue. Lost keys or other missing hotel items, or damages to the hotel, its furnishings and fixtures, will also be charged to your credit card.
PETS: Pet friendly room available with a $25.00 fee
LOST AND FOUND: Belongings left behind will be secured for thirty (30) days.
Cancellation Policy
RESERVATIONS: At the time your reservation is made, your room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged in full to either a Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card.
CANCELLATIONS: A small inn such as ours is dearly affected by cancellations, so we ask for your understanding and consideration of our cancellation policy. All changes or cancellations must be made by EMAIL only. If you notify us in writing 48 hours in advance from your originally dated reservation, you will receive an immediate refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Early departures are handled as a cancellation.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: is available through Allianz at 866-884-3556 and can be purchased when making a reservation. Group cancellations of six or more rooms require a thirty day cancellation notice.
