Rental Agreement

Reservations: At the time your reservation is made, your room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged in full to either a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card. You may also send a check.

Occupancy:
Standard rooms and airstream trailers are single or double occupancy. We have suites who sleep 4
and a large 2 story cottage that sleeps 5.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in begins at 2:30 pm during weekdays, and 3:00 pm on weekends. Please understand that we are preparing for your arrival and cannot welcome you prior to the indicated times. We are in the office intermittently. If we are not in, you will have to do a self check-in (it's easy, and you will receive instructions by email and by phone). If you arrive after 10:00 pm please be considerate of other guests. Any late night disturbances will be charged to your credit card if we have to refund any of our other guests. Check-out is by 11:00 am.

No minimum stay: From May 1st till October 31st we have a two-night minimum requirement on weekends. On holidays and during special events, we also have a two-night minimum stay. We may be able to accommodate you for just one night during weekends, but we will not know until the week before, so please call us anytime during the week before your arrival.

Extended Stays: Unfortunately, because ours is such a small hotel, we are not able to accommodate extended stays.

Additional charges: Our inn is a smoke-free environment and we have a strict policy for the safety of all our guests. If you were to smoke or use candles, we will charge your credit card $250 for cleaning and loss of revenue (we cannot re-rent your room until the cigarette odor is gone). Lost keys or other missing hotel items, or damages to the hotel, its furnishings and fixtures, will also be charged to your credit card. A $100 fee will be charged to your credit card for any late-night disturbances you were to cause after 11:00 pm.

Pets: Pet friendly room available with a $20.00 fee

Lost and Found: Belongings left behind will be secured for thirty (30) days. Call our front office to arrange for the return or the retrieval of your item(s). After 30 days all items will be disposed of, appropriated, or donated to local charities of our choosing..

Cancellation Policy

Policies

Cancellations: A small inn such as ours is dearly affected by cancellations, so we ask for your understanding and consideration of our cancellation policy. All changes or cancellations must be made by email only. If you notify us in writing 48 hours in advance from your originally dated reservation, you will receive an immediate refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Early departures are handled as a cancellation. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available through Allianz at 866-884-3556 and can be purchased when making a reservation. Group cancellations of six or more rooms require a thirty day cancellation notice.

Pets: NO PETS. We have one room only allocated for a pet with a little courtyard at an extra charge of $20/pet/day.
