Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, must be made 14 days prior to stay for a refund. The deposit, less a $35 processing fee, will be refunded.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card. If we are able to rebook the room(s), you will receive a full refund less a $35 processing fee. A change in reservation date with less than 14 days notice will result in a $35 processing fee.
