Cancellation:

Cancellations for reservations made with a credit card will be charged 3% of the amount refunded in order to cover credit card processing costs. This charge does not apply to payments made by check or changes that do not result in a refund (i.e. switching dates).

Low Season (May, September & October)–Cancel more than 14 days before arrival to receive a full refund, minus the 3% fee. Full payment is collected on arrival day.

High Season (any dates in June, July & August)–Cancel more than 30 days before arrival to receive a full refund, minus the 3% fee. Full payment is collected on arrival day.

No refunds on early departures.

The balance of room and tax is collected on arrival day.

Bookings of 5 or more units (i.e. reunions & weddings): free cancellation up to 45 days before arrival, minus a 5% fee. Full non-refundable payment due 14 days before arrival.

Important Information about your stay:

• General: Lake Ranch Resort is open from early May through mid October. Renters must be 21+ with a valid ID and credit card required at check in.


• Pool: The Outdoor Heated Pool will open Memorial Day weekend and will close approximately the second weekend in September. Children must be accompanied by an adult.


• Check in time is from 3pm until 8pm. Please advise us of your travel plans so that we may best accommodate your needs. Please let us know if you plan on arriving after 8pm.


• Guests Policy: Guests must be registered with Lake Ranch management. A limited number of guests may be allowed only with advance approval of management.


• Occupancy: Each unit has a posted occupancy. A fee of $50.00 per night/per person will be charged for any unregistered guest exceeding posted occupancy.


• Parking: Each unit is allotted one parking space. Please let us know right away if you will have more than one vehicle.


• Check out time is 10 a.m. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate late departure requests.


• Smoking Policy: Smoking areas on Lake Ranch property are very limited. All rooms and porches, the pool area, club house, courtyard, gazebo area, docks, walkways and any location within 50 feet of any door or porch are designated non smoking. Evidence of smoking in or close to the units will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 charged to the card on file.


• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed. The Owners Association has adopted a very strict no pet policy for renters and guests.


• Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Lake Ranch Resort reserves the right to charge guest credit cards or other payment methods for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged property.


• Host Cancellation: The property reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time for operational or unforeseen reasons. In such cases, guests will be notified promptly and any applicable payments will be refunded.


• Payment: We accept payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept Amex.

Toiletries: Each room is stocked with soap. There is no shampoo/conditioner in the room, but if you need it or forgot anything else, please ask!
