Payment Policy
To secure your booking, your entire payment is required at the time of booking. Any other charges will be paid at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
• 100% refund if you notify us 4 weeks or more in advance of your check in date
• 50% refund if you notify us 2 weeks or more in advance of your check in date
• no refund will be given for cancellations inside of 2 weeks before your check in date
Hot Tubs
Kimberly Creek Retreat offers several cabins with hot private tubs. Those cabins with hot tubs are listed on the Lodging Tab of our website. Our hot tubs are maintained daily for chemical balance, filters are changed daily, water clarity is checked and treated, and water level is adjusted. We are diligent in our commitment to this process and ensuring your safety. If it is necessary to drain the hot tub and refill it with fresh water we can NOT guarantee that the hot tub at your cabin will be operational and at the proper temperature on the day(s) you have reserved. If the hot tub is not available for your use, we will refund 25% of your nightly fee to your credit card.
Parking
There are designated parking areas near every cabin. Additional parking is located near our entrance. Parking on or along Kimberly Drive or the gravel roads on our property is prohibited.
Smoking
There will be a $250 fee charged if a guest or visitor smokes any substance inside any of our structures.
Camp Fires & Cooking
Guest owned cooking equipment is not permitted. Do not throw anything into a lit fire or do anything to make the fire out of control. This will be cause for immediate expulsion from the property with no refund. We reserve the right to cancel use of propane grills and/or propane fire pits due to weather conditions.
Security
Managers and security cameras will monitor the property to ensure security.
Severe Weather
Each unit has an informational binder that outlines our severe weather procedures and provides a phone number to reach a manager.
Pets
Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly units. There is a $70 one-time pet fee per unit for pets staying in cabins. Any repair for damage related to pets will be billed to the customer card on file. Pets that belong to friends/family that are visiting our guests are prohibited.
Arrival/Departure Procedures
On the morning of your stay, we will text you to confirm your time of arrival. Lodging is available for check-in beginning at 3pm. Arrivals after 7:00 pm may be conducted over the phone. Check-out time is 11am or earlier. To checkout, notify your host and leave your key in your cabin.
Complaint Resolution and Assistance
Please notify us promptly of any problems with your accommodations, as we would like the opportunity to resolve it. Also, notify us of any damage, breakage, or maintenance issues that occur during your stay. Each unit has an informational binder that provides a phone number to reach a manager.
Code of Conduct
A guest must be an adult (18 or older) to rent a cabin and an adult must be present during the entirety of the stay.
Quiet hours are in effect from 11pm to 7am.
Parents are responsible for their children, and children must be supervised.
We reserve the right to enter and inspect the cabins at any time. We reserve the right to charge the costs of repairs for damages. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning costs. Some examples are glitter, confetti, cigarette/cigar butts, and food or trash thrown into the trees.
We have clearly marked the boundaries of our property. The adjacent land is not owned by us and trespassers can be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Liability
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur to your property while on our property. We strive to keep the property in its natural state. There are woods, uneven surfaces, cliffs, drops, etc throughout the property. You are entering and staying at this property at your own risk and we are to be held harmless to any damages, injuries or death.

Vouchers and Gift Certificates are good for 1 year from the date of issue. Vouchers and Gift Certificates are nonrefundable.
Confirmed Reservation Refund Policy:

- 0% refund if less than 2 weeks notice
Any time a confirmed reservation is canceled by Kimberly Creek Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will give you the choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
