Code of Conduct
* Must be an adult (21 or older) to rent a cabin and an adult must be present during the entirety of the stay.
* Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7:00 am
* Parents are responsible for their children, and children must be supervised.
* The adjacent land is not owned by us and trespassers can be prosecuted.
* We reserve the right to enter and inspect the cabins.
* We reserve the right to charge the costs of repairs or damages
* We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning costs.
* Clean up of glitter, confetti, rose petals, etc.
* Clean up of cigarette butts, cigar butts, etc.
* Clean up of food/trash thrown into the trees.
Pets
Dogs are allowed in designated pet-friendly units. There is a $70/stay pet cleaning fee per unit for pets staying in units. Each additional dog is $35/stay. Any repair for damage related to pets will be billed to the customer card on file. Pets that belong to friends/family that are visiting our guests are prohibited. Hot Tub Policy
Our hot tubs are maintained daily for chemical balance, filters are changed, water clarity is checked and treated, and water level is adjusted. We are diligent in our commitment to this process and ensuring your safety. If it is necessary to drain the hot tub and refill it with fresh water we can NOT guarantee that the hot tub at your cabin will be at the proper temperature at check-in time. If the hot tub is not available for your use, we will refund 25% of your nightly fee to your credit card.
Smoking
We do not allow smoking inside of our units. A guest is permitted to smoke outside of the units, but must leave no trace of smoking behind. Our cedar forest is highly flammable and a guest that smokes anywhere on site is liable for all damages caused by their smoking. Marijuana usage is prohibited and will result in a $250 fine.
Complaint Resolution and Assistance
Please notify us promptly of any problems, so we can resolve them. We do not issue refunds on completed stays when no issues have been brought to the attention of the management during the stay. Notify us of damage or maintenance issues that occur during your stay.
Liability
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur to your property during your stay. We strive to keep the property in its natural state. You are entering and staying at this property at your own risk and we are to be held harmless to any damages, injuries or death.
