A full refund, (- 3% or $35 administration fee) will be returned to you if reservations are cancelled prior to 14 days of your arrival. If cancellation is within the 14 days of your reservation, you will be charged for the entire stay. We will refund all or the portion of your payment (- 3% or $35 administration fee) if we were able to rebook your room. Refunds will not be processed until after the departure date.
