Guest agrees to the following:
We are absolutely a "No Smoking" facility. If you smoke or use electronic cigarettes in the room there will be a $200 cleaning fee charged to your account.
No bicycles are permitted in the rooms. (There is a bicycle hitching post out of sight from the street and indoor storage available.)
No pets are permitted in the room.
Rental is based on two persons. Additional persons are $10 per person per night.
Check-in time is 3 PM. Checkout time is 11 AM.
You have agreed to vacate the suite at 11 am on your designated departure date unless you have arranged for a late checkout. Please understand that failure to do so will be considered trespassing.
Sorry, the suites are not handicapped accessible.

The total balance of your charges will be processed when you make your reservation. If you cancel up to seven days prior to your arrival; you will receive a refund of the total cost minus a $25 service charge. However if you have added the "Cancellation Guarantee" you may cancel up to 11 AM your day of arrival or any day during your stay. With the "Cancellation Guarantee" you will receive a refund equal to the value of any unused rental fees minus a $25 service charge and the cost of the Cancellation Guarantee.

Internet Access Wi-Fi:
Internet access is provided free of charge. However we assume no liability for any security issues which may arise from your use. Please understand it is a public network and is accessible to other guests as well.

Cancellation Guarantee:
"Cancellation Guarantee" is available at an additional charge of 10% of your total reservation.
Should you need to cancel or shorten your visit at any time after payment is made you will receive a gift certificate equal to the unused value of rental fees paid minus a $25 service charge. This service is available for purchase until seven days prior to your reservation arrival date. If cancellation is received after 11 am, that day's stay is considered "Used" and not available for consideration.

Extra Guests:
Rental is based on two persons. Additional persons are $20 per person per night. Children under the age of two years are the exception.

Breakfast:
While not a traditional Bed & Breakfast, we do relate to your hunger. You will receive a 10% discount coupon for several local restaurants.

Housekeeping Policy:
I an effort to conserve resources and to keep our rental prices reasonable we practice the following:
One full housekeeping service is provided for guests staying more than seven nights. Full service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed and is performed once every seven days for extended stays. Of course this is all done
prior to your arrival as well. Additional Full Service cleanings can be purchased at $30.00 per service. Extra sheets and towels are available in the suite.

Internet and WiFi:
Please be advised the WiFi provided for you is free and is a public network. We assume no liability related to it's use.

Email and Text:
Our primary methods of communication are email and text. We send no more than two promotional emails per year. If you wish to opt out of these you may do so at any time via "un-subscribe" or at the time of your reservation by noting so in the "Notes, Special Requests" box. Text messaging is used to communicate during your stay and never for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to receive text arrival notices please note your preferance in the "Notes, Special Requests" box.
