By filling out this reservation request, you agree to rent the room, at the quoted price, for the length of your stay. The room is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. You will be charged $400 (for units B, C, D, E or F) or $600 (for unit A) immediately. Final payment is due upon check in. There will be no refunds for shortened stays. There are minimum night stay requirements that must be met when making reservations. For questions, please call or email us and we will be happy to go over that in detail.

With a minimum of two weeks advance notice of cancellation or change prior to your arrival date, we will refund 50% of the required deposit. However, for changes or cancellations received less than two weeks prior to your arrival date, we are unable to offer any refund of the deposit, regardless of the reason.
