Policies
I agree to the following policies:
ò that I am the owner of the credit card that is being used and will be the guest on the property. If making the reservation for someone other than myself, I agree to be responsible for all extra charges that this guest may incur.
ò Not to exceed the maximum occupancy of a unit.
ò To be considerate of other guests and the property.
ò Our front desk has been eliminated. Check-in is contactless.
ò Checkout time is 10:00 am.
ò For units with kitchens, the guest is required to clean up any cooking mess that may have been created during the stay and do the dishes. Guests who do not leave a clean kitchen at checkout will be assessed an additional $25 for housekeeping.
ò That if I am bringing a pet, I have declared the pet and paid the appropriate fees. I have also read the pet policy at islandacresresort.com and agree to follow it. I will also make use of the pet stations and clean up after my pet.
Group Reservations
Due to the nature of our property, we are a popular site for groups and family reunions. While you can book online, we find that it is best to actually work with Pam. Please call her at 970.641.1442.
Cancellation Policy
When making the reservation, the guest is agreeing to pay the quoted rate, taxes and fees and to pay for the number of nights requested in the stay.
Cancellation notice must be received no later than 72-hours prior to the scheduled arrival to receive a refund of the deposit, less a $15 processing fee. If canceling with less than 72-hour notice, no refund of the deposit will be issued. Reservations that are no-shows will be billed for the entire stay.
When reserving more than one unit or a stay of more than 5 days, a cancellation notice must be received 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
