We are a non-smoking Inn and vacation rentals. If smoking is detected, you will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.

If you cancel at the Inn 7 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel at the Inn 6-0 days prior to your arrival you will be charged 30%

If you cancel at the Creekside Chalet 30 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $100.00.
If you cancel at the Creekside Chalet less than 30 days days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund IF THE HOUSE OR CHALET CAN BE RERENTED for those days it is re-rented minus a cancellation/change fee of $100.00. Nights it cannot be reoriented will be charged $300.00 per night.
