The Inn at Buck Hollow Farm is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. Although we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit (minimum one night's room rate) we more often take your credit card number without actually processing the deposit.
We recently adopted a "no quibble" cancellation policy. So long as as cancellation is no later than 3pm of the previous day there will be no penalty. Otherwise we will charge one night's stay (unless we are able to rebook the room.)
We regret that we are no longer able to accept pets
No smoking inside the Inn, however you may smoke outside. A $ 200.00 cleanup fee will be charged should this policy be violated. (A shame we need to do this. Recently 3 different guests have smoked in their room.)
Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and for some special requests.
Check-In: 3:00 PM. If arriving after 6:00 PM please call to make arrangements.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Children at least two years of age are welcome. A cot/mattress can be provided if needed.
Cancellation Policy
The Inn at Buck Hollow Farm is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. Although we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit (minimum one night's room rate) we more often take your credit card number without actually processing the deposit.
In view of the uncertainties resulting from Covid, we have until further notice all but waived our cancellation requirements. Instead we have a "no quibble" policy. All we ask is at least 24 hours notice of cancellation and there will be no penalty. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours there will be a penalty of one night's stay. In the event of a no-show we will charge the entire amount.
