General Policies By making this reservation, you agree you understand the following:
Check in is between 4 and 5 PM. If your travel plans have you arriving later, please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements with you should we need to be away from the inn.
Check out is by 11 AM.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is permitted OUTDOORS only.
Unfortunately, the inn is not handicapped accessible.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or change the reservation for any reason, please notify us by 9 am (Mountain Time) at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. If reservations are made during the Christmas holiday, or any number of rooms booked totaling 5 or more nights, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations made after this time will be charged 50% of the total for the stay. Changes, no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance (by 9 AM MT 2 days before your arrival), will be charged 100% of the cost for any affected days.
This policy holds for all confirmed reservations, regardless for the reason for the change or cancellation. We strongly encourage you to consider trip cancellation insurance which is available online or from most travel agencies. |
