Rental Agreement
Our Lodging Policies:
Rates are based on two-person occupancy for our standard queen-sized bed cabins and a 6 person occupancy for the family cabin. The Twin bunk and single cabin has a 3 person occupancy.
Extra bedding is available for an additional $25.
We do not provide daily maid service but are happy to provide you with clean towels, trash removal, and other amenities as needed.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, However because we use electronic locks you can check in any time after 3:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM.
Contact us if you need to make special arrangements for early and late check-ins.
A 8% Montana State Accommodations Tax will be added to your room charges.
A current credit card is required at the time of your reservation.
Reservation Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 8 or more days prior to the reservation will not be charged.
Cancellations or changes 2-7 days prior will be charged for the first night.
Cancellations or changes after 12 pm on the day before check in will be charged for the entire stay.
Those who can provide proof of a positive COVID test are exempt from cancellation fees. The positive test may be for one of your party, a household member, or someone you work closely with that requires your absence from work.
You may pay by cash or credit card upon checkout.
Guests are responsible for any damages they cause or any excessive cleaning required, and you will be charged accordingly.
NO Smoking in the cabins; there are sand ash containers around the cabins for your use.
We generally do not allow Pets as we do not have any designated pet cabins at this time. (Exceptions can be approved in advance by the management and there will be an extra fee which is charged nightly for extra cleaning.)
PET POLICY:
At this time we do allow pets and our pet fee is $20 a night per pet for the extra cleaning that is required. No more than two dogs (medium to small) Only one if they are large!
The usual rules apply and those are:
You can't leave the pets in the cabin alone. .
They must be on leash.
They cannot bark and disrupt other guests.
You are responsible to clean up any "piles" in the yard,
They must be kept off of the beds and furniture and If they damage any furniture or cabins you will of course be responsible for the related costs.
We will charge the card you put on file for your stay, unless you wish to use cash or a different card.

GROUP RESERVATIONS:
The full balance is due upon arrival. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to receive a refund. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, you will lose your full deposit. For high season dates (Summer and Christmas), cancellations made outside of 14 days from the arrival date will be refunded the deposit less $20 per night canceled.
