Also, guests are responsible for the costs of any damages to the structure, contents or property as well as damage to other guests vehicles.

****NOTE: *ALL* cancelled reservations (for ANY reason) have a $35 processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations that are less than 14 days but more than 7 days from the date of check in at 3pm, will be refunded 50 percent.
Reservations that are closer in time than 7 days from check in are NON-REFUNDABLE.
