**Due to current circumstances with coronavirus (COVID-19), we are waiving our cancellation fees on new reservations. If you have placed a reservation through an OTA (Outside Travel Agency) such as Air BNB you should reach out that OTA for cancellation guidelines.**

SEASON Deposit Policy- If your reservation falls between January 20 and April 30, you are required to put a $200 deposit down on your reservation if the reservation is 1 (one) week or longer.

SEASON Cancellation Policy- Cancellations for arrivals between January 20 and April 30: All reservations less than four nights require a minimum of three days cancellation prior to arrival date. Reservations four nights or longer require a seven day notification of cancellation. Noticw less than the stated time period will be subject to forfeiture of deposit. All cancellations are subject to a 10% fee according to amount being returned.

SEASON Length of Stay - None required at this time.

NON SEASON Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of one nights lodging inclusive of tax. Cancellations MUST be confirmed via e-mail. Rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Single occupancy is the same rate as double occupancy.
