Rental Agreement
Reservations
A reservation is not considered completed until Grace House sends a confirmation email and invoice. Online reservation inquiries and room availability can be accessed through our website, by email, or by calling Grace House at 571-286-8411.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. Early check-ins may be accommodated when possible. No check-ins after 4:00 pm unless prior arrangement is made. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs will be accommodated when possible.
Smoking & Candles
Smoking is prohibited at all times in Grace House. The use of candles or any type of open flame is also prohibited.
Pets
We do not allow pets in guest rooms or on the property.
Security & Personal Property
Please lock the door of your room if you are out and take the key with you. Grace House is not responsible for loss of or damage to your valuables during your stay.
Parking
Please park diagonally, nose in, on the gravel beside the house. If there are no available spots beside the house, you may park in the front drive. Be sure to lock your vehicle. Grace House is not responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle during your stay.
Evacuation & Emergency
In the case of an emergency please call 911 immediately, alert other guests, and proceed quickly to the nearest exit. Fire extinguishers are located on each floor.
Breakfast
Coffee is available at 7:00 AM; breakfast is served at 8:30 AM daily in the dining room. If you have a conflict with this time please notify the Innkeepers. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when the reservation confirmation and invoice are received. The remaining balance is due two weeks before arrival. If your arrival is in less than two weeks, the entire amount is due upon receipt of the invoice. If the balance is not received, we reserve the right to re-book the room. If you are renting the entire house an additional refundable deposit of $200 is required to cover any possible damage or theft.

Cancellations and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
