Porta-cribs and Cots available at an additional charge (limited supply, advance notice required). Porta-Cribs $10/day or $60/week and Cots $20/day or $100/week.
Boat Docking is available by reservation, including rental boats. Docking up to 20ft:$40/day, $240/week; 21-25ft: $50/day, $300/week; Jet Skis $20/day, $120/week.

OFFICE MUST BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE OF ANY ARRIVALS AFTER 7:00PM. Rooms not checked in by 9:00pm on scheduled date of arrival are considered a NO SHOW and are subject to cancellation and loss of deposit.
All Rooms are equipped with Heat, A/C, Cable TV, Refrigerator, in room phones and Free Wireless Internet. Housekeeping rooms include full kitchens with microwaves, dishes, cooking utensils, toasters, coffee maker, linens and blankets.
Beach and Pool Towels are not provided. Please bring your own.

Cancellation Policy ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY : We require a deposit of $200.00 for Standard Room reservations and $600 deposit on all rooms with kitchens and rented weekly. The Deposit applies to the last scheduled day of the reservation. There are no refunds on deposits unless a cancellation notice is made in advance of the scheduled arrival (2 weeks for Standard Rooms, 4 weeks for studios, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units) and when the accommodations are re-rented with no loss of income to The Flamingo Resort. The reservation balance will be paid upon arrival. No refunds for late arrival or early departure. No personal checks accepted on arrival. There will be a 20% service charge on all reservation refunds, including deposits.
