No Visitors/ Unregistered Guests: No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed. Reservations are guaranteed only for the specified number of guests reserved, including children. Overcrowding of rooms with additional occupants is subject to cancelation of reservation without refund.

Early Check-In: Flamingo Resort does not guarantee check-in time earlier than 4:00 PM. You are welcome to call the office during the afternoon of your check-in date to see if your unit might be ready prior to 4 PM.

Late Check-Out: Guests are required to check-out of their unit by 10:00 AM on their scheduled departure date. Flamingo Resort does not offer late check-outs. Late check-outs are subject to a fee in the amount equal to the daily rate of the unit.

Early Departure / Late Arrivals: Your reservation is a commitment to stay for the duration of the reservation. Any reduction in the length of stay will not reduce the amount charged. Office must be notified in advance of any arrivals AFTER 7:00 PM.  Rooms not checked in by 8:00 PM on scheduled date of arrival are considered a “No Show” and subject to cancelation and loss of deposit unless advanced notification is received.

Parking Policy: Parking is limited, and a space may not be available directly outside of your room.  Parking is on a first come basis and is based on the following room types: 
Standard and Studio rooms:              1 vehicle max allowed
2 Bed Cottages:                                    2 vehicle max allowed
3 Bed Cottages:                                    3 vehicle max allowed
*Each extra vehicle space – $30 Per Day / $100 Per Week

Boat Docks: Dock space is not available for personal or rental boats and jet skis.

All registered guests are welcome to use both heated pools, beach, paddle boards, kayaks, picnic & BBQ areas and all recreational facilities.
All rooms are equipped with heat, A/C, cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, fiber optic wireless internet. Full-service kitchens include dishes, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker. Maid service is not provided but may be requested in advance for an additional fee.

Towel Policy: Beach and pool towels are not provided. Please bring your own. As a courtesy to our guests, we provide one set of room towels per person, which may be exchanged on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or as requested.

Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Office hours are 9:00am to 8:00pm.

We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Travelers Checks, Venmo or Cash.

Cancelation Policy: If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date, 75% of your deposit will be gladly refunded.
Your deposit will not be refunded if reservation is canceled within 30 days of your arrival date. 

Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required on all reservations.  The deposit applies to the last scheduled day of the reservation. 
Personal checks or money order are accepted for deposits only.The reservation balance will be paid before or upon arrival. 

Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, Venmo, Cash are accepted.
No personal checks accepted on arrival.
