Rental Agreement
+ Room rates are for single or double occupancy. Applicable taxes apply and rates are subject to change.
+ A two night minimum may apply on certain weekends and holidays.
+ Deposits: Reservations can be made and a room guaranteed by using a credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover.
+ Check In: 3:00 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
+ We cannot accommodate pets and smoking is not allowed in the Inn.
+ To best protect the health of our guests and staff we require vaccination of all guests.
Cancellation Policy
As a small inn we are greatly impacted by cancellations. Inside of the 7 day arrival window all reservations are considered noncancellable and you are responsible for the entire amount of your scheduled stay. We may refund an appropriate amount if we are successful in re-booking the room. A 14 day cancellation notice is required for all holiday and special event stays.
