Cancellations Covid 19:
All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your reservation will only be charged the $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of your reservation will be issued a gift certificate for the amount charged, minus the cancellation fee of $35.00. Al non refundable reservations made through Booking.com or another third party booker will be handled according to their policy.
We at the Diplomat, take this virus and our guests and staffs safety, very seriously. We have always stressed the importance of a meticulously clean bed and breakfast and have adapted our cleaning to these unique circumstances. Every suite and common area is cleaned and sanitized to CDC standards. There will be no daily housekeeping to your suite. Exceptions include stays longer than 4 days and on request only. No staff will enter your suite after your occupancy. Common areas are sanitized daily and Clorox wipes are provided for guests requiring extra protection. Hand sanitizer is provide to each guest and in the common area. Face masks are mandatory in the building, outside of your personal suite. Noncompliance will lead to cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, in advance of reservation date. If paying by American Express, please call us @ 920-818-0745 to book your reservation.
Check in is after 3:00 PM.
You must be 21 years of age to make a reservation. All other guests must be 21.
Check-Out Time: before 11:00 AM
Only two guests per room. We provide sleeping accommodations , towels, robes, bed and breakfast for two guests. Reservations made for more than two guests will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
Please respect our other guests. Any excessive noise, loud parties, disruptive behavior or pets(including service animals) not cleared with the management prior to stay, will result in immediate vacating of your suite. There will be no refund.
Allergies & Special Diets:
We make every effort to accommodate special diets and requests for fragrance free sheets and towels. Please let us know of your needs at the time of reservation or prior to arrival and we will do our best to see that they are tended to.
Children:
Our inn is not suitable for children, Due to insurance regulations and the quiet and comfort of our other guests, children are not allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas ONLY. A cleaning fee of $300 may be charged for violations of this policy.
Firearms:
No firearms are permitted inside the inn or on the property, other than securely stored within your personal vehicle.
Candles, coffee makers, cooking appliances:
We ask that NO candles, burning materials, hot plates, crock pots, instant pots, coffee makers etc, other than those supplied by the Inn, be used in any suite, as this creates a fire hazard and is against fire regulations as mandated by the county. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Property damage:
Guests are responsible for excessive damage to the inn or it's furnishings and will be subject to charges for repair or replacement including linens, furniture, appliances and floors.
Pets & Service Animals:
Only service animals are permitted with prior approval from management. This does not include emotional support animals. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed in the inn, no exceptions. Please contact us at (920) 818-0745 if you will be traveling with a service animal, prior to reservation.
Our suites are designed for the comfort of two guests. We supply two guests with everything they need for a relaxing and enjoyable get away. No exceptions will be made and reservations made for more than two will be cancelled and No money refunded. Children of any age under 21 are not allowed. Due to strict insurance regulations and the quiet and comfort of other guests, there will be no exceptions.
Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed. Only licensed service dogs are permitted with prior approval from the management. We love animals and would love to accommodate them, however, due to allergies of other guests and staff, we need to have this policy.
