Cancellations and Changes to Reservations
A $100 deposit is taken at time of reservation. Any Cancellations made PRIOR to 5 days of your arrival will not incur a cancellation fee, and your $100 will be refunded within 14 days. Cancellation INSIDE 5 days will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation total.
ALL ROOM CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE HELD AS A CREDIT FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS WITHIN 1 YEAR.
Please remember that our rooms accommodate 2 adults with a minimum age of 21 years old. The Inn is not suitable for children under 21. Pets are not accepted and we are a non-smoking property. Please no candles, incense and no smoking in any of the rooms or common areas of the house.
***If booking the GARDEN VIEW ACCESSIBLE room, and you do not need the ADA features, you may be moved to another room if a guest needs the ADA compatibility. We will do our best to move you to a similar room type, but a move to a lower rate room may be necessary. We will contact you if this issue arises.
Ultimate Package: Three nights minimum are required for this package. Subject to availability. May not be combined with any other special or offer. In addition to the $100 deposit taken at time of reservation. A $400 deposit upon booking will be charged to secure booking the activities. Any Cancellations made PRIOR to 5 days of your arrival will not incur a cancellation fee, and your $500 will be refunded within 14 days. Cancellations within 5 days will incur the 100% cancellation fee for the room rate, but your activity deposit ($400) will be refunded up till 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 3 days will be charged 100% of the room rate and the full activity deposit ($400).
Reservation changes made prior to 5 days of arrival are subject to approval of the innkeeper. Early departures will be charged for the full amount of original reservation.
