*Check In is 4:00 pm or after Monday-Saturday; 5:00 pm Sunday.
*Check Out is 11:00 am or earlier Monday-Saturday; 12:00 pm Sunday.

*To reserve a cabin you must;
-be 21 or older
-have a Credit Card
*Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the cabin.
*A $50.00 non-refundable Reservation Fee will be charged on the day the reservation is made.
*The remaining balance will be charged 10 days prior to your arrival.
*Directions to the cabin and door code will be emailed to your 10 days prior to your arrival.
*NO SMOKING inside-Non-compliance will result in a $100 per day charge.
*Damaged or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file.
*Guest agree that Escape 2 Broken Bow is not liable for events beyond our control including weather, snow, power outages, maintenance issues ets.
*Cabin rules will be placed inside the cabin. Cabin must be left tidy, non-compliance of this will result in a cleaning fee.
*Maintenance problems will be dealt with in as timely a manner as possible. However, the rental rate cannot be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment ( which includes, T.V., DVD, heating and A/C units, hot water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, and hot tubs.

*Pets
*If you want to bring your pet first make sure you choose a pet friendly cabin.
*A $50.00 non-refundable pet fee is added to your reservation when you bring a pet.
*Failure to notify Escape 2 Broken Bow that you are bringing a pet will result in additional charges

Cancellation:

*Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 1 nights stay
*Cancellations made with 48 hours of arrival will be charged 100%
*You must speak to management, or receive an email confirmation of the cancellation
*We are sorry, but inclement weather is not a valid reason for cancellation or early departure and we cannot give refunds due to bad weather
*LIABILITY: Escape 2 Broken Bow cannot be held liable for any accidents or losses that happen during your stay.
