Rental Agreement

Reservations: A deposit of 50% of your stay is required for every reservation and will be charged to your credit card.

Additional Guests: Additional guest rate is $20 per guest (adult or child of any age). Please note, not all rooms permit additional guests (this includes children of any age).

Large Group Reservations: Any group reserving 4 rooms or more will need to make a 50% deposit. If you must cancel, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. If we are able to rebook your room(s) a full or partial refund is possible.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 to 7:00PM. For later arrivals please contact us. Check out is 11:00 AM. Early check in or late check-out requests are subject to additional fees. Late check-outs without prior permission of management will be charged an additional $50 per hour past the 11:00 a.m. check-out time.

Arrival Date: Upon your arrival date you are responsible for and will be charged the remaining balance of all reserved nights and rooms.

Early Departure or Late Arrival: There are no refunds for an early departure or late arrival.

Pets: The Bravo Beach Hotel does not accept pets.

Children: Children are allowed. Guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children during their stay. Any reasonable complaints made by other guests regarding the behavior of another guest's children will result in $150.00 charge to the cardholder making the reservation. We do not have pack & plays or portable cribs available for guest use.

Smoking: All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking in the room will result in $150.00 charge to the cardholder making the reservation.

Payment: We accept Visa, MC, or Cash. Deposit must be made with a credit card.

Damages or Missing Items: Any and all damages will be the responsibility of the cardholder.

Housekeeping: Rooms requiring excessive cleaning, above and beyond normal housekeeping services, will be charged an additional $150. (i.e. kitchen left excessively disorderly, linens/towels permanently soiled, furniture stained and requiring professional cleaning).

Wifi is available in the common areas of the hotel only. Internet service in Vieques is frequently interrupted without notice, so we are unable to guarantee that wifi will work consistently throughout your stay.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation before 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $30 transaction fee. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. A full or partial refund is possible less a $30 transaction fee if we are able to rebook the room. The cancellation policy applies to full or partial cancellations, no exceptions.
