Check-In/Out
When you arrive, please check in at the ticket office. Check-in time is between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you feel you cannot arrive before 8:00 p.m., arrangements need to be made in advance by emailing kristy@skithebeav.com. If you email the day of your reservation, it is not guaranteed that arrangements for late arrival can be made.

Check-out is at 12:00.

On check-out, we ask that you leave the yurt as you found it. A vacuum and garbage bags are available in the kitchen building. At this point, a cleaning deposit is not required; however, failure to leave the yurt as you found it, will warrant one in the future.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in buildings at Beaver Mountain. Winter nights get very cold and are too cold for your pet to sleep in the car. Please plan accordingly and leave your pets at home.

Additional Info:
Directions: 27 miles east of Logan on Hwy 89. 13 miles west of Garden City on Hwy 89. Turn at small intersection: Hwy 243 from either direction. There is a brown Utah State Hwy sign indicating where to turn. The ticket office is located at the end of the parking lot, to the right of the lodge and has a big sign on top that says "Tickets."

DEPOSIT:
A refundable deposit of $500 will be required to confirm your reservation. The deposit will be refunded to the initial payment source 7-14 days after the event is completed. And our staff has had time to confirm no damage was made to the Venue while in use.
50% of the balance is due either 60 days before your event. With the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations with at least a 30-day notice will receive a full refund of monies paid, including the deposit.
A 29-10 day notice receives a 50% refund of monies paid, excluding the deposit; the deposit is non-refundable.
Under 10 days notice receives no refund.-
