Check in time is after 3 pm and check out is at 11 AM. There is a $200 fee for late check out.

No smoking inside the house. A $250 cleaning charge will be added to your credit card if there is smoking inside the home.

No pets allowed.

Guests are responsible for any damages they cause, and will be charged if any excess cleaning, repairs, or replacements are needed after the guests leave.

Please do not have glitter or confetti or any kind in the house. There is an additional $200 cleaning fee if we find glitter or confetti after your stay.

There is an open staircase in the house. All children must be supervised when using the stairs.

No additional guests are allowed on the property without prior permission. Violating this policy will result in additional charges, penalties and/or removal from the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

COVID-19 LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER:
As consideration for being permitted to enter the vacation rental premises (“Premises”) owned and managed by Riverine, LLC (the “Manager”), I hereby agree as follows:
NOTWITHSTANDING THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY ENTERING THE PREMISES AND ENGAGING IN THE USE OF ITS FACILITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, PERMANENT DISABILITY, DEATH, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, TO MYSELF OR TO THIRD PARTIES, ARISING FROM MY BEING ON THE PREMISES OR USE OF ITS FACILITIES, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE MANAGER OR OTHERWISE. I, ON BEHALF OF EACH GUEST, HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE, RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE MANAGER OR ANY OTHER RELEASEE THAT SUCH GUEST MAY NOW OR IN THE FUTURE HAVE RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF SUCH GUEST’S BEING ON THE PREMISES OR USE OF ANY OF ITS FACILITIES AND BEING EXPOSED TO, CONTRACTING OR SPREADING COVID-19, WHETHER ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION OF THE MANAGER OR OTHERWISE. I represent that I have the authority to give the foregoing waiver and release of Claims on behalf of each Guest and the Manager is entitled to rely on this representation.

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Your acceptance of these charges constitutes an agreement to our policies and serves as a legally binding contract.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your arrival date receive a full refund minus a $30 handling fee. For cancellations made 30 days to 15 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival will receive no refund. Changes of reservation date or early departures are treated as cancellations and will carry the same policy stated above. I understand travel plans change and I will make every effort to change your reservation if there is availabilit
