A small, non-refundable deposit of 10% of the first night's stay will be charged to your credit card upon booking your room with Apple Avenue Motel.

Any damages or stolen items will be charged to the customer in full.

Smoking Policy: Rooms designated "smoking" are reserved for our guests who require a smoking room. Please reserve the correct room type when making your reservation. Additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged to on file credit card for smoking in a non-smoking room.

Pet Policy: Apple Avenue Motel is a pet friendly property. Please reserve a room designated "Pet". A pet fee of $15.00 per night / per pet will be charged upon arrival. Additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged for pets in rooms not designated "pet".

Check-out : Ends at 11:00 AM

Refund Policy: In the event that a refund of your deposit or room stay is required, it may take up to 5 business days. We reserve the right to issue refunds via check or credit to the card on file.

Please give notice of cancellation at least 48 hours or more prior to the anticipated arrival date. Parties of 3 or more rooms require 72 hour notice. Less notice will incur a fee equal to one night stay including tax per each reserved room to the credit card on file.
