Policies
- All guests are expected to be considerate of others while staying at the Inn. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM to 7 AM so that guests and the owner may rest. We ask you maintain a polite, quiet atmosphere inside and outside the house, especially during these hours. If a guest's behavior creates problems for others, then they may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms at any time. Non-registered guests are not allowed on the premises after 10:30 PM. Registered guests entertaining non-guests in the guest rooms or after 10:30 PM will be evicted without refund.
- The Inn is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is only permitted outside. Anyone smoking inside the Inn will be evicted without refund and assessed a $250 cleaning/freshening fee.
- No open flames are permitted in the house (i.e., candles or incense).
- Check-in to the rooms is after 3 PM. You may make arrangements to drop off your luggage at the inn earlier if you would like. The Inn will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Check-out is 11 AM. Please remember to turn in your key or mail it back if you accidentally forget. You may store your luggage for the day after you check out.
- Sorry, pets are only allowed in specific rooms and by prior approval.
- Single night reservations require payment in full. If you do not arrive by 9pm, and do not indicate your plans for arriving after 9pm, we will consider the reservation null and void. Our policies are strictly enforced.
