Following is Wildwood Haven Resort and ampgroundto the current COVID-19 pandemic, and expectations for guests that visit the property: 1. We will be greeting customers outside the office for registration, or guests may check-in remotely if arranged before hand. 2. Only one staff member and one customer will be in the office/camp store at a time. We request that if someone is already in the store, that other customers remain outside until it is their turn to enter. 3. We encourage social distancing at all times, and request that guests remain six feet from guests that are not part of their family/group while on property. 4. Guests are asked to call or text 715-681-0852 with questions or requests in order to reduce their face to face contact with staff members. 5. We have increased our frequency of facility cleaning and disinfecting of touch points to limit customer and staff exposure to COVID-19. Our cabins will be closed for 24 hours between rentals. 6. Guests and staff may not enter any facility on property if they display respiratory symptoms or have had contact with a person with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19. 7. At this time we are not allowing the use of the playground due to a lack of resources to sanitize that area and ensure the safety of children. 8. For cabin guests, it is important to remember that all dishes in the cabins are washed by guests, and are NOT sanitized by Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure their safety when using dishes, utensils or cooking equipment. Dish washing liquid is provided. It is recommended at this time due to COVID-19 that guests bring their own disposable dishes for use. 9. Please refer to cdc.gov/coronavirus and apply their recommended practices to protect yourself and others.
These safety protocols have been put in place to help keep our guests and staff healthy and safe! Please note that our policies may change as needed to respond to changing circumstances. Thank you for your help and understanding in this process.
