All ages are welcome. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and free on-site parking is available for guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, equipment, or common areas during their stay. Any damage or excessive cleaning may be charged to the card used for the reservation.
Only registered guests may stay overnight in the accommodation. Please respect other guests and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours.
Troncones Point Hostel is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for following property rules and using facilities at their own risk.
Cancellation and modification conditions are determined by the rate selected at the time of booking.
By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.

Flexible Rate
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due on arrival.
The deposit is refundable for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival.
Reservation changes can be made up to 14 days before arrival. After that, no modifications can be accepted.

Non-Refundable – Direct Booking Rate
Full payment is required at the time of booking. This rate is non-refundable and non-changeable.
No cancellations or modifications can be made once the booking has been confirmed.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
