Rental Agreement
The Prairie Inn is a no smoking , no pet establishment.
cancellation is 3 days most of the year but for June,July,August,September,October and February the cancellation period is 2 weeks .And For Special Events and Holidays it is 30 Days
20 % non refundable deposit is charged when reservation is made and is applied to your stay when you get here
Room rates are set for double occupancy in all but the Family Room which is set on three
No early check in or late check out available. If you are in the room after 11:00 you will be charged another night
Cancellation and Deposit Policy
Cancellation is 72 Hours Part of the year with the following exceptions
Summer/Fall/Winter(June, July, August, September, October & Febuary) Two Weeks cancellation
Special Events / Holidays / Groups Thirty Days cancellation
cancellations that occur within the time required for your reservations will be cancelled with no additional charge (deposit is non refundable)
There is a 20% per room per night non refundable deposit that is required at the time of reservation .
Cancellations after the required notice will be charged for the stay if we are unable to re rent your room
