A. The deposit or payments is non-refundable unless I can re-rent the days. If you do cancel and I do re-rent the days I would refund your deposit or payments less 25%. Cancellation of ANY RESERVATION OVER A HOLIDAY (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter and Mexican Semana Santa) is non-refundable unless the property is rebooked for the EXACT period in which case all monies received will be refunded less 25% administrative charge.
