Thank you for making your reservation with us directly. After the Reservation is confirmed we will stay in touch with you until you get back home safely after your vacation/Business trip. If you face any issues during your travel to and from our Resort Please let us know. We will do everything possible to help you and make your trip a perfect one. Our feelings won't be hurt if you tell us about any of our short comings, if our facility did not meet your expectations or if management or staff did not welcome you and looked after needs during your stay.
We know we always will have room for improvement especially since we are new. Please ignore Payment section on "Reservationkey" Website. We will send you an email requesting your credit card information and charge $50 as a deposit, Balance amount will be charged on or before the day you checkout. We will send you a confirmation letter after we receive the deposit. Hope this is ok. You may cancel reservation up to 30 days before your arrival day for a full refund of your deposit.
