Pet Friendly Units

Our response to COVID 19: We immediately closed our units back in March and did a soft reopening May 1st. For May we blocked at least one or two days before our guests arrived in order to provide our cleaners and guests as much separation time as possible between the clean and the guest arrival and departure. Many of our homes were already booked back to back in the summer and we were unable to leave gaps in the calendar. Still we had a summer filled with offering our guests a way to have that much needed socially distanced vacation during one of the worst years in our lifetimes.

Starting September, we are blocking as many days around bookings as possible, but some bookings are still back to back. When you make a booking, it is your responsibility to ask if they day before your arrival has been blocked if this is important to you.

ADDENDUM TO CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Normally, we have a 60 day final payment but by request, we will do a 30 final payment for any new booking in 2020. We will be on normal 60 day final payment for all 2021 bookings at this time.

PLEASE INQUIRE NO MATTER YOUR NUMBER OF NIGHTS AS WE WILL CONSIDER ALL BOOKING REQUESTS except for one night stays. Two night stays may be allowed if there is a gap in the calendar.
