Add # of adults and children when asked. Do not include any children 5 years or under. This will help with extra guest fee calculations. Do mention the young children if you confirm.
When you have met check in day & minimum night requirements, the request form will be under calendar or to the side.

Do you need a pet friendly unit? If no security deposit is collected, there will be a $100 Refundable Pet Deposit Required plus $15 per night per pet (plus taxes).
Our pet friendly units are: Lazy Lake, Gone Fishing, Seventh Heaven, and Next To Heaven. Pets are not allowed in any other home offered.
If you are bringing pets to our pet friendly homes, please tell us the number of pets, what type of pet(s), & approximate size(s) here. Pets only allowed in PET Friendly Homes. Deposit may be more for multiple & or large pets. Current Nightly Rates per pet per night range from $15-20 per night per pet plus taxes. Refundable Security Deposits range from $100-$200 depending on which home you choose.

Each home will have a REFUNDABLE House Rules Security Deposit in the amount of $100 added on the invoice if you elect the Damage Insurance ($39). If Damage Insurance is opted out, the security deposit will be $300-$500 and is based on the size of the home, number of nights and size of party. If the booking is for 4 or less nights, we only Pre-Authorize the Deposit (Not charged to Card) to eliminate the need to refund since the hold drops off in 7 days.

I understand when I hit MAKE RESERVATION that it will block the calendar but is not confirmed until credit card payment of deposit/balance has been made.
I understand that extra guest fees may apply. Just like you cannot put more than 4 people in a hotel room without needing an additional room, we have extra guests fees to make the cost of the homes to be fair to the owner and the size of the group.

CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATION after deposit date paid and/or 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IS SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION CHARGE OF 5% OF DEPOSIT (based on the actual amount paid on booking). CANCELLATION 89 DAYS TO 61 DAYS is subject to loss of one night's deposit. Cancellation after final payment is made is SUBJECT TO LOSS OF 50% of entire RENTAL FEE (September through May) and during HIGH SEASON and ALL HOLIDAYS, Cancellation within 60 days to 1 before arrival of any holiday or any date June, July and August is subject to 75% of the booking amount paid or one night, whichever is greater.
All penalties will be reduced to not less than 5% of the total paid or in the amount dollar for dollar we are able to recoup if we are able to book the same dates to another guest.
Cancellation on day of arrival and NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO 100% cancellation fee of the entire booking.
REQUEST TO MOVE TO ANOTHER UNIT AFTER BOOKING IS SUBJECT TO SAME PENALTIES AS ABOVE unless approved by BOOKING AGENT.
NO CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER OR LAKE LEVELS (T.V.A. Controlled) Docks may not be floating Sept, Oct, November, Dec., Jan. Feb. March. April. and part of May. During drought, the dock may not be floating in early June or late August as well. Please call to discuss lake levels for your dates. It is your responsibility to inquire about lake levels.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUT.
We recommend that you purchase TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE as soon as you confirm your booking. The cost is 6.95% of the Room, Tax, and Admin fee. Please ask for information so you can investigate with the insurance provider if this coverage is right for you.
