Each home will have a House Rules Security Deposit Added the will Range from $100 to $500 depending on if you elect the Damage Insurance, and is based on the size of the home, number of nights and size of party. If the booking is for 4 or less nights, we only Pre-Authorize the Deposit (Not charged to Card) to eliminate the need to refund since the hold drops off in 7 days.
