Rental Agreement

The minimum stay on weekends is 2 days (Thurs/Fri Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) otherwise there is a surcharge for one night stay on the weekend.
The minimum stay on holidays is 3 days. Otherwise there will be a surcharge for two nights or less on the holidays (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and Memorial Day).

50% deposit of total is due upon making reservations. Another payment will be due 30 days prior to your reservation which is 50% of the remaining total. Then the final payment will be due 14 days prior to your reservation. See cancellation policy for refunds.

Payments are only accepted online for the cabins.

There will be medical marijuana or illicit drugs allowed on resort property. If found in the cabin or around the resort you will be evicted by police with no refund and charged a cleaning fee of $250.

There is absolutely no smoking in or around the cabins. That is state law. Otherwise you will be evicted by police with no refund and charged a cleaning fee of $250.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone. We also have the right to refuse certain pets such as rottweilers, doberman pinscher, chows, pit bulls, german shepherds, any puppies or cats. There are 2 cabins pet friendly, Cabin 1 and 9, if pets are found in other cabins you could be asked to leave with no refund and a $250 cleaning fee. Clean up after your dog. When left in the cabin alone must be in a cage. Otherwise you could be asked to leave without refund.

Only fire pit is at the community firepit. There will be no others. If caught you will be evicted and no refund.

No tent camping near the river. That is state law. You will be evicted if caught down there and no refund.

RV site is just for the camper/rv. If you have a tent additional to your camper/rv you will be responsible also for the tent campsite cost.

No hanging things outside the cabin otherwise you could be evicted and no refund.

No PROPPING the fish cleaning station door open! Otherwise you could be evicted, and responsible for any repairs and labor due to you doing so.

There is no laundry facility for personal use. There is a laundry mat in Crystal Lake not far from the resort.

Any damages done by you on resort property you will be charged for repair material and labor. If considered a criminal act you will be charged to the full extent of the law by Rustic Resort LLC.

Resort is not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen personal property. Resort is not responsible for any injuries done on resort property.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations require 50% down at time of reservation. Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to reservation. Any reservation booked less than 30 days in advance is required to pay in full.

Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to reservation is fully refundable. Cancellations 29 days or less are non refundable. Cancellation within 29 days of reservation will be refunded a voucher for equal value to be used within 365 days of issue.

All reservations during Salmon season (September1-October 31) are non refundable.

All reservations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or voucher of lesser/equal value.
