Rental Agreement The Inn on Poplar Hill is a pet and family friendly bed and breakfast. Pets are only allowed in our downstairs rooms, the Library and the Black Walnut Rooms.
We do not allow smoking inside the house or by any of the entrances. Cancellation Policy We recognize that plans change and we will gladly release you from your obligation if your cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to your planned arrival, minus a $25 administrative fee. We are sorry, but due to our limited number of guest rooms and the cost incurred by the Inn in advance preparation of your visit, your credit card will be charged for the entire reservation when cancellation is made within 14 days of your planned visit.
Special Events, Weddings, UVA Graduation, Whole house and multi room reservations & Murder Mystery Parties require an non-refundable deposit and 30 days notice for cancellations to avoid additional charges.
