EXTRA CHARGES:

$15 per night per adult over 4 adults in a cabin.
$25 per pet per night in a cabin.
Limit 2 pets per cabin.

Cancelations:
If you cancel your reservations more than 31 days prior to your arrival, your payment will be returned to you. If you cancel within 31 days of your arrival date, we will be pleased to return your payment only if we rebook the cabin to another party.

Cancelation fees:
All cancelations will result in a cancelation fee of $25 per reservation to cover bookkeeping costs. In addition, all payment processing fees taken by our credit card processor at the time of booking must be charged to the guest who cancels, as those fees are no longer returned to us with the refund.
