NO SMOKING, if smoke is detected a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.

Delivery times vary and are subject to change, we will contact you the day before your rental with delivery time.

$25 Pet Fee Per Pet Required - Pets are allowed in our campers; however we do ask that they aren’t allowed to climb on furniture and if left alone in the camper please use a kennel. If extensive cleaning is needed there will be a charge in addition to the pet fee. Notice: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PETS LEFT UNATTENDED IN CAMPER. It is common for breakers to trip and parks to lose power, which can result in very high temperatures.

To avoid cleaning bills ranging $25-250, be sure to follow the guidelines of rental agreement.

Reserved unit selection is subject to change at our discretion in the event the unit booked has been damaged or unforeseen repair.

Awning Usage I understand how to operate the awning and that it is not to be left out in rainy or windy conditions. I understand that I will be charged for any damage to the awning. (Charges can range from $150.00 - $3250.00)
Waste Tanks I understand that the black and gray water tanks must be emptied upon departure (this may require multiple trips to dump station) or be subject to a $25 service charge. Smoking All units are NON SMOKING.
Cleaning A general light cleaning is expected upon pickup; sinks, shower & toliet should be rinsed and all trash removed. If excessive cleaning is necessary, there will be a cleaning charge.
Additional Charges The credit card or bank account on file will be charged a fee for smoking, un-emptied tanks &/or un-emptied portable tank, excessive cleaning, pet cleaning or any damage.
Check Out Unit check-out time is 10AM for all campground locations.
Weather I understand that in the case of potential severe weather, I need to seek shelter elsewhere.
